Find me on

Hi, I'm Terris. I'm a web designer in Singapore, and I build and optimise online shops myself.

Get e-commerce SEO in Singapore that ranks your products where people shop

I set up your category and product pages to rank for what people search before they buy, add product schema, fix the site structure and duplicate pages shops tend to create, and write the content that brings shoppers in. It's part of my SEO and AI search retainer.

What e-commerce SEO with me covers

E-commerce SEO with me covers the pages that sell: category pages built for the searches shoppers make, product pages with real descriptions and product schema, a site structure Google can crawl without getting lost in filters and duplicates, and articles that bring shoppers to the products.

  • Keyword research for categories and products
  • Category pages written and structured to rank
  • Product descriptions that answer buyers' questions
  • Product and merchant schema for rich results
  • Filters, variants and duplicate pages handled properly
  • Out-of-stock and discontinued products handled without losing rankings
  • SEO updates on WhatsApp whenever you ask

How I do SEO for your online shop

  1. Audit the shop

How Google sees your categories and products, which pages are indexed, and where filters and variants are creating duplicate pages.

  2. Research what shoppers search

The words people use for your categories and products, including how they compare and what they ask before buying.

  3. Rebuild the category and product pages

Titles, descriptions and copy that match those searches, with product schema so Google can show price and stock.

  4. Tidy the structure

Canonical tags, filter handling, internal links from categories to products, and a sitemap that only lists pages worth indexing.

  5. Grow from what ranks

Articles and buying guides aimed at the searches just before a purchase, linked into your categories. You see what moved on WhatsApp whenever you ask.

How much does e-commerce SEO cost in Singapore?

E-commerce SEO with me is part of the SEO and AI search retainer, from SGD 2,520 a month, month to month. Shops with large catalogues need more hours, and I'll tell you up front if yours does.

E-commerce SEO, inside the SEO and AI search retainer

SEO and AI search

SGD 2,520/moFrom

Month to month · 30 days' notice to stop

One retainer covering both. GEO is not a separate product here: the same work that ranks a page is what gets it cited by ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews, so charging twice for it would not survive the first question about the difference.

  • Technical fixes, entity schema and internal linking
  • Intent pages written as answers, not padding
  • Google Business and directory alignment
  • A fixed prompt set re-run monthly across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and AI Overviews
  • One intent page and one article a month, or three articles
  • Updates on WhatsApp whenever you ask, showing what moved and what did not

Roughly 22 hours a month. Excludes paid placements, ad spend and photography. Singapore agencies price this tier at SGD 2,500 to 4,500.

Questions about e-commerce SEO

What is the best SEO strategy for a small online shop?

Start with category pages, because they match the broader searches shoppers make. Write real product descriptions instead of the manufacturer's, add product schema, fix duplicate pages from filters, and add buying guides that link into your categories.

How much does e-commerce SEO cost in Singapore?

With me it's part of the SEO and AI search retainer, from SGD 2,520 a month, month to month. Large catalogues need more hours, and I'll say so before you start.

How do I write product descriptions that rank?

Describe the product in the words buyers search, answer what they'd ask in a shop (size, material, delivery, how it compares), and make each description unique. Copying the manufacturer's text means competing with every other shop that did the same.

E-commerce SEO or Google Shopping ads: which is better?

Shopping ads bring sales as soon as they run and cost per click. SEO takes months but brings free traffic after that. Most shops run Shopping ads for their best sellers while SEO builds.

Why is my online shop not ranking on Google?

Common causes are thin or copied product descriptions, category pages with no text, duplicate pages from filters, slow pages, and no links from other sites. An audit shows which matter most for your shop.

What is product schema, and how does it help?

Code that tells Google a page is a product, with its price, stock and reviews. It makes your products eligible for richer results in Search and in Google's shopping results.

How should I handle out-of-stock products for SEO?

If it's coming back, keep the page live, mark it out of stock and suggest alternatives. If it's gone for good, redirect it to the closest product or its category, so the page's rankings aren't wasted.

Can you do SEO for WooCommerce or Shopify?

Yes. Both can rank well, and each has its own quirks: WooCommerce needs care with plugins and speed, Shopify with duplicate collection URLs. The approach is the same on both.
