One person. I'm Terris, a web designer working full-time since 2018. I design, write and build every site myself, and I'm the one you talk to on WhatsApp, before, during and after the build.

Most business websites in Singapore cost between SGD 3,000 and SGD 15,000, depending on how many pages and features they need. Mine start at SGD 2,500 for up to 10 pages, and Growth, where most businesses land, is SGD 7,500. Every price is fixed before I start and published on my prices page.

You talk to the person doing the work, so your feedback goes straight into the design and a change is one message. The person who built your site is also the one who later works on its SEO and ads, so there's nobody new to brief.

With me, the whole way through. I reply on WhatsApp, write and design the pages, build the site and work on its SEO and ads afterwards. There's no account manager and no junior to hand it to.

Yes. Before I start, I send you a price and a list of what it covers. You pay half when I start and half when you approve the finished site. If you later want something that isn't on the list, I'll price it first and you decide.

Starter takes 2 to 3 weeks, Growth 3 to 5 weeks and Premium 5 to 8 weeks. If you need it sooner, the One Week Website goes live in 7 days, with the scope fixed together on days one and two.

You own the site and everything I make for it, and there's no lock-in contract. If you'd like me to keep growing it, the website partner retainer is SGD 3,000 a month. I run your Google Ads, SEO and new landing pages from 20 hours a month, and hosting and upkeep are included. I'll WhatsApp you an update on the results whenever you ask.

Yes. Every site I build has its SEO set up before launch, with Analytics and Search Console connected. To keep climbing after that, SEO and AI search starts at SGD 2,500 a month, month to month, with 30 days' notice to stop.

You need a site Google can read quickly, pages that answer what your customers actually search for, and a Google Business profile with real reviews. I set up the first two in every build, and Growth includes your Google Business profile. Expect it to take months rather than weeks.

It is when people already search for what you sell and a customer is worth more than the clicks it takes to find one. I set up the campaigns, write the ads, keep optimising them and track every lead they bring in, so you can see what each enquiry costs you. It's SGD 2,500 a month for the ads and the website together, and your ad budget goes straight to Google.

I plan for it. Before I change anything, I list the pages that bring in traffic, keep the addresses that rank, and redirect any that have to move so Google follows them to the new site. Rankings can wobble for a few weeks after any relaunch, so I watch Search Console once it's live.

That's normal, especially for a new business. I write the copy for every page, and I make custom images with AI, art-directed to your brand colours, so you aren't using the same stock photos as your competitors. It's included in every package. When you have real photos later, I swap them in.

Nothing is locked to me. You own the site and everything I make for it, so another developer could pick it up. I've worked on this full-time since 2018, and you can read what my clients wrote about it on Google.

Yes. Premium, from SGD 10,500, adds a shop or bookings with online payments, and a second language. If you need logins, dashboards or a system of your own, that's a custom web app, from SGD 12,000.
