Perfect Style Salon came to us as an award-winning luxury salon with 28 years of experience, but their online presence didn't reflect the premium quality of their services. Despite a stellar 4.9-star rating from 250 reviews, their website was dated and failing to convert visitors into bookings.
The existing site looked tired and generic, failing to communicate the salon's luxury positioning. It didn't showcase their premium products like Olaplex, K18, and Fibre Clinix, and the design felt out of step with their high-end clientele.
Despite strong word-of-mouth and excellent reviews, the website generated very few online enquiries. Potential clients visiting the site weren't converting into bookings, with most still relying on phone calls during business hours.
The salon lacked a seamless online booking experience. There was no WhatsApp integration or after-hours booking capability, meaning they were losing potential clients who discovered them outside of operating hours.
The old site had no structured data, minimal meta information, and poor content hierarchy. This meant search engines couldn't properly understand and display their services, hours, and reviews in search results.

Crafted a bespoke design that mirrors Perfect Style's in-salon luxury experience. Elegant typography, refined colour palette, and high-quality imagery showcase their expertise and premium product range including Olaplex and K18 treatments.
Implemented a seamless booking flow with website booking, WhatsApp integration (+65 8534 8239), and traditional phone booking. Clients can now enquire and book 24/7, capturing after-hours leads that were previously lost.
Built extensive JSON-LD structured data covering LocalBusiness, Organisation, Service, and FAQ schemas. This ensures Google displays rich results with ratings, hours, and services directly in search results.
Designed a content structure that highlights each service category, cuts, colour, highlights, and treatments, with dedicated sections. FAQ integration addresses common client questions and boosts search visibility.
