Arcade Rental Singapore came to us as the leading arcade machine rental provider in the country, with over 10 years of experience and an inventory of 150+ machines. However, their online presence didn't reflect their market leadership, and they were losing potential clients to competitors with better digital visibility.
The existing site felt dated and lacked the visual impact needed to showcase their impressive inventory. Corporate clients booking machines for events expect a professional, polished experience, and the old design wasn't delivering that confidence.
Despite being Singapore's largest arcade machine rental company, they weren't ranking for critical search terms like "arcade machine rental Singapore" or "carnival game rental". Competitors with smaller inventories were outranking them.
With over 150 machines across categories, racing simulators, claw machines, sports games, video games, and music machines, potential clients had no easy way to browse and discover the right machines for their events.

Designed an immersive dark-themed interface with vibrant orange accents that mirrors the excitement of an actual arcade. The hero section features dynamic arcade imagery, immediately communicating the scale and variety of their inventory to corporate event planners.
Built a structured browsing experience with six clear categories, Racing Simulators, Prize/Claw Machines, Sports Machines, Video Games, Music Machines, and Display units. Each category features high-quality machine photography with quick-browse cards.
Created dedicated sections highlighting past events coordinated for major brands like Amazon and Singtel, integrated Google Reviews directly into the site, and showcased the corporate client roster to build instant credibility with new prospects.
Implemented comprehensive on-page SEO targeting arcade rental keywords in Singapore, built landing pages for high-intent search terms, and launched targeted Google Ads campaigns to capture event planners actively searching for machine rentals.
