The project at a glance
I redesigned the site around a catalogue people can browse by category, so a planner can find the machines for their event fast. Then I set up the SEO and the Google Ads.

What I did
Built with
WordPress, WooCommerce, Google Ads, Google Analytics, WhatsApp Business, Schema.org
In numbers
- 150+ Machines Listed
Counts from the site I built, and figures the business publishes about itself.
What wasn't working, and how I fixed it
Before
The old site didn't look like the biggest arcade rental in Singapore
Arcade Rental had more machines than anyone else, but the old site looked dated. Corporate clients booking for an event expect a polished supplier, and it didn't give them that.
What I did
I made it look like an arcade at night
It's dark, with orange on every button. The first screen says Singapore's Largest Arcade Machine Rental over a photo of real cabinets, and Browse Our Machines takes a planner straight to the stock.
Before
The old site had 150 machines and no way to browse them
Racing simulators, claw machines, sports games, video games and music machines were all for rent, but a planner had no easy way to find the right ones for an event.
What I did
I sorted the machines into categories and made those the menu
A planner picks a type before they scroll. The homepage opens on a card for each category, with a photo of the machine.
Before
The old site wasn't turning visitors into enquiries
There was no clear way to ask for help choosing, so corporate clients rang up just to find out what was available.
What I did
I gave planners an easy way to ask for help choosing
The homepage ends on a consultation form that asks for the company and a subject, and a WhatsApp button stays in the corner of the screen. Above the form sit events they've run, such as GOMO by Singtel, the brands that have rented from them and their Google reviews, so a planner has reasons to send it.
Before
Smaller competitors came up above the old site on Google
Arcade Rental had the biggest stock in Singapore, but it didn't show up for searches like arcade machine rental Singapore or carnival game rental.
What I did
I built pages for the searches planners make
I wrote the pages around those searches and built landing pages for the busiest ones, such as claw machine and F1 simulator rental, linked from the footer. Then I set up Google Ads with an ad group for each machine category, so the site shows up while the rankings build.
The same care on every page
The Claw Machines and F1 Racing Simulator pages beside the homepage, captured from the live site.
The whole site, desktop and phone
These are captures of the real pages. Open either frame to scroll down the full page.
