01 · How it started

This started as a frustration, honestly.

I spent years building websites, running ad campaigns and untangling search rankings, and I kept watching the same thing happen. A project goes from account manager to designer to developer to SEO specialist.

Somewhere along that chain the idea gets watered down, the timeline slips, and the client ends up explaining their own business again to somebody new. Watch the brief.

02 · The fix

What if one person just did the whole thing?

It sounded backwards. But somebody who understands the full arc, from the first conversation to the last line of code and the marketing after it, can't lose anything in a handover. There isn't one.

So everything you'd hire a team for is on this one desk. Let me show you round.

03 · The monitor

Design

I learn your business before I draw anything. Who your customers are, who you're up against, what makes someone pick up the phone. Then I design around that, not around a template.

04 · The keyboard

Code, with AI

I build it with AI doing a lot of the typing. The thinking stays with me: what to build, how it should work, and reading every line before it goes live. It's how one person ships this fast without cutting corners.

05 · The plant

SEO

Search is the slow one. It grows if you look after it every week and it wilts if you don't. I work on it month after month for the clients who want to be found without paying for every click.

Google Ads

Ads are the dial you can turn today. I set them up, watch the numbers that pay your bills, and turn it down when a campaign isn't earning its keep.

A website isn't done the day it launches. I keep it updated, backed up and fast, and when you need a change you message the person who built it. No new contact to bring up to speed.

09 · The corkboard

Four notes I check every decision against

They're pinned above the desk so I can't pretend I haven't seen them. Does it move your numbers? Am I being straight with you? Will it still hold up in six months? And when it goes wrong, whose fault is it? Mine.

Results over vanity

Enquiries, leads and revenue. Not the impressions that look good in a report and change nothing in your bank account.

Straight answers

If something isn't working I'll tell you. If you're asking for something you don't need, I'll tell you that too, even when it costs me the work.

Never really finished

The version that works in January is rarely still right in September. I keep testing and adjusting.

It's on me

One person is accountable, so there's nobody for me to point at when something goes wrong. That's uncomfortable on purpose.

It started because finding a decent plumber, dentist or maid agency in Singapore means wading through directories you can't trust. So I started researching them properly and writing up what I found.

It's now 437+ guides across 28 categories, and it taught me most of what I know about SEO, because I had to make it rank without a client budget behind it.
