Lockdown.SG
Lockdown opened the first escape room in Singapore in 2013 and still runs the most affordable one, from $24 a person at Marina Square. We rebuilt the site as a numbered case file, put the rate card in plain sight, split the real rooms from the VR floor so neither buries the other, and hid a ten prop side quest through the pages so the site plays like the product.

What They Were Facing
Lockdown holds a genuinely rare position: it was first, it is the cheapest, and it has the reviews to back both claims, with 1,700 plus Google reviews at 4.9 stars and 700 plus on TripAdvisor. The difficulty was that it now sells four different things to three different audiences from one page.
Being first counts for nothing unsaid
Opening the first escape room in Singapore in 2013 is the strongest claim in the category, and it was not being made anywhere a visitor would see it early enough to matter.
Two products competing on one page
Three real escape rooms and three VR games are different experiences with different player counts and different appeal. Presented as one undifferentiated list, each one made the other harder to choose.
Walk-in players and corporate buyers want opposite things
A pair looking for a Saturday activity needs price and availability. An HR lead planning a company offsite needs capacity, custom builds and an invoice. The same page was trying to serve both.
The cheapest rate in Singapore, kept quiet
Price is the single biggest lever in this category and Lockdown wins on it. The rate was not stated openly enough to do any work.
How We Solved It
We built the site the way a case file reads, numbered, sequential and blunt, and let the detective theme carry the personality rather than the copy having to work for it.
A rate card nobody has to hunt for
From $24 per person on weekdays and $30 on weekends and public holidays, stated openly with the 60 minute session length and the 2 to 8 player range, under a heading that claims the position directly as the most affordable escape room in Singapore.
Real rooms and VR split into two clear options
Option 01 covers the three physical rooms, Bearry Potter and the FireStorm Guardian, Bearsident Evil and Alice in Bearryland. Option 02 covers the VR floor, Forgotten Temple, Circus of the Dead and Kidnapped. Each option carries its own player counts so nobody has to guess.
A corporate floor with its own entrance
Team building, custom game design for a brand or a space, the MazeFox platform, gamification workshops and a corporate membership giving one session daily across all six games, separated out so business buyers are not reading consumer pricing.
A site that plays like the product
A ten prop side quest runs through the pages with a torch beam mechanic, an evidence locker tracking finds and Detective iBrow guiding the hunt. Visitors stay on the site longer because the site is itself a small escape game.
Booking and enquiry, both one tap away
Bookeo handles live availability and payment for public sessions, while WhatsApp carries the group and corporate enquiries that need a conversation before a booking.
