Can I upgrade from Starter to Growth later?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. We will assess your current site and quote the difference based on the additional features and pages you need. In most cases, upgrading is more cost-effective than starting from scratch because we build with scalability in mind from the beginning.
Do I own the website after it's built?
Absolutely. You own the website, all code, all content, and your domain. We build on open platforms and ensure you have full access to everything from day one. There is no lock-in of any kind — you are free to move your site to any host or developer at any time.
What are the payment terms?
We work on a 50% upfront, 50% on completion basis. The first payment secures your project slot and covers the discovery, wireframing, and design phases. The remaining 50% is due upon your final approval before we push the site live. No hidden fees or surprise charges.
What if I need more than 30 pages?
For projects requiring more than 30 pages, we provide a custom quote based on your specific requirements. Additional pages beyond any package tier are available at SGD 250 per page, or we can discuss a fully bespoke pricing structure for larger projects.
Does the price include hosting?
The package price covers design, development, and launch. Hosting is a separate ongoing cost, typically SGD 10 to 30 per month depending on your needs. We can set up hosting for you and recommend the best option for your site, or work with your existing hosting provider.
Can I add e-commerce to the Growth package?
Yes. E-commerce functionality can be added to any package as an add-on starting from SGD 2,500. This includes payment gateway integration, product catalogue setup, cart functionality, and order management. The Premium package includes e-commerce or a booking system as standard.
What happens if the project takes longer than expected?
The timelines listed are estimates based on typical projects. If delays occur on our side, there is no additional cost to you. If delays are caused by late content delivery or feedback from your end, we will communicate proactively and adjust the timeline together. We never charge extra for timeline extensions regardless of the cause.
Are monthly payment plans available?
For the Growth and Premium packages, we can arrange monthly payment plans over 3 to 6 months. The Starter package follows the standard 50/50 split due to its shorter timeline. Contact us to discuss a payment arrangement that works for your budget.
What's the difference between a package and a custom agency quote?
Our packages are fixed-price with clearly defined deliverables, designed for businesses that want transparency and predictability. A custom quote is for projects that fall outside the scope of these packages — for example, web applications with complex functionality, large-scale e-commerce stores, or projects requiring custom integrations. What does "post-launch support" actually cover?
Post-launch support covers bug fixes, technical issues, and ensuring everything works as intended after your site goes live. The Starter tier includes 14 days of bug-fix coverage. Growth extends to 30 days and adds minor content updates (text changes, image swaps). Premium provides 60 days of full support including content changes and one additional feature implementation.
Can I switch CMS platforms later?
Yes, though switching CMS platforms after launch involves migrating content and potentially redesigning certain elements. If you start with a static site (Starter) and later want WordPress, we can handle the migration. The cost depends on the complexity of your site at that point. We always recommend choosing the right CMS upfront to avoid unnecessary migration costs.
