Our Little Chicks has helped more than 1,200 Singapore families get their children sleeping through the night since 2018.
The project at a glance
I built the site for the person actually reading it, an exhausted parent on a phone at three in the morning. Symptoms come first, then three age-banded packages, and a free discovery call is the only thing it asks for.

What wasn't working, and how I fixed it
Before
Anyone can call themselves a sleep coach
Sleep consulting has no regulator, so a tired parent can't easily tell a certified consultant from an Instagram account. They need to see the proof before anyone asks them for anything.
What I did
I put the certification and a free call on the first screen
Let's Get Your Child Sleeping Well sits beside a photo of a baby fast asleep. The button is Book a free 20-min discovery call now, and under it sits the Sleep Sense certified consultant mark. LocalBusiness and Organization markup carries the same credentials for search.
Before
An exhausted parent won't read about methods
Most visitors have been up since 3am and have already tried the books and the forums. On four hours of broken sleep, long paragraphs and clever menus don't get read.
What I did
I opened with the symptoms, before the services
Just below the first screen, Are you experiencing these sleep struggles with your little one(s)? lists them the way a parent would put it: multiple night wakings, waking at 3am, naps of 20 to 30 minutes, needing to be fed or carried to sleep. The button under the list says Let's get your child sleeping well.
Before
A newborn and a six-year-old need different help
The service runs from birth to age nine, and the problems, the methods and the parent's state of mind change completely along the way. One general service page would speak properly to nobody.
What I did
I split the packages by the child's age
Our Packages has three. Just Hatched is for newborns up to 12 weeks, Little Chicklets for 3 to 23 months, and Cheeky Champs for toddlers and children from 2 to 9, so a parent finds their own child in one line and taps Learn more.
Before
Parents fear sleep training means leaving a baby to cry
They also worry it will hurt the bond or end breastfeeding. Those fears hold people back for months, and if nobody answers them, a forum thread will.
What I did
I answered the worries before the call
Have Questions About Sleep Training? puts the big ones in the parents' own words: will my child cry a lot, can I still breastfeed, can my child still nap on the go. The button under them reads Let's address these in your 20-min discovery call, so the first step stays free and small.

How the build ran, 3 weeks in all

Discovery 3 days
Worked through the parent’s actual state of mind at the point of searching, and mapped the symptoms, objections and age bands that shaped the page order.

Design 1 week
Developed the soft purple and green identity, the circular photography treatment, the package cards and the journey band.

Built the site on WordPress with the three package pages, team and founder pages, the free resources library and the discovery call booking route.
