When is AI the wrong answer?
When a simple rule, a form or a spreadsheet would do the same job for less. I'll tell you before I quote, because an AI feature costs money to run every month and a rule doesn't.

How long does it take to build?
It depends on the job, so the timeline comes with the fixed price. I suggest a first phase that does one job well, so you're using it sooner and the next phase is built on what you've learned.
Do I need my own AI model?
Almost never. Most business jobs work well on the models OpenAI, Anthropic and Google already offer, set up to answer from your own content. Training your own model only makes sense with a lot of specialised data, and it costs far more to build and to run.
Can you add AI to my existing website?
Yes, from SGD 2,530 when it's a site I didn't build. I look at what your site already runs first, because that usually decides whether the feature is quick or needs a rebuild, and I'll tell you which.
Is AI worth it for a small business?
When it takes a repetitive job off someone, usually yes, and you can start small. When a rule or a form would do the same job, no, and I'll say so. Ask what it saves you each month, and whether that's more than it costs to run.
Will the AI give wrong answers?
It can, which is why I set it to answer from your own content, test it on your real questions before launch, and add a review step wherever a wrong answer would cost you.
Is my customers' data safe with an AI app?
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, your business stays responsible for the personal data it collects, including what an AI service processes for you. Before I build, you and I agree what data the app may see, and anything it doesn't need stays out of it.
