Hi, I'm Terris. I'm a web designer in Singapore, full-time since 2018, and I write, design and build every site myself.
Get website design for real estate in Singapore that wins you direct enquiries
On the property portals, every agent looks the same. I design and build property agent websites that show your listings, the areas you know and your track record, with enquiries coming straight to your phone.
What a property agent’s website has to do
Buyers and sellers want to know whether you know their area, what you’ve sold and how to reach you. The site puts those first and keeps every listing current.
-
Listings you update yourself
Add, edit and mark listings sold in the CMS, with photos and floor plans.
-
Area guides
Pages on the estates and districts you cover, written so they show up when people search the area.
-
Your track record
Past transactions and client reviews, shown the way you choose to share them.
-
Enquiries straight to you
WhatsApp and an enquiry form on every listing, so leads come to your phone instead of a portal’s inbox.
-
CEA details in place
Your name, registration number and agency licence number shown where CEA’s advertising guidelines require them.
-
Quick on a phone
Listings and photos that load fast on mobile, where most browsing happens.
What buyers and sellers search for
People search the estate, the property type or the job they need done, like selling an HDB flat in a particular town. Area and service pages let you show up for those.
- condo agent Bukit Timah
- sell HDB flat Tampines
- landed property agent
- HDB resale price Punggol
- new launch condo Singapore
Examples of the searches a site like this should answer. The real list comes from keyword research for your business.
The CEA rule your website has to meet
Online advertising by property agents falls under CEA’s advertising guidelines, and that includes your own website.
-
CEA’s guidelines require ads, online ones included, to show the salesperson’s name, registration number and contact number, and the agency’s name and licence number. I build those into every listing and page, and your agency vets the site before it goes live.

How a website for property agents gets built
A Starter website takes 2 to 3 weeks from the day you pay the first half, Growth takes 3 to 5 weeks and Premium 5 to 8 weeks. You see the site working in your own browser before anything goes live, and nothing launches until you approve it.
Message me on WhatsApp-
You message me
Tell me what the business does and what the site needs to do. I reply with a fixed price and a list of what it covers.
-
Half to start, then the plan
Once the first half is paid, I plan the pages around what your customers need to know, using what 290+ projects have taught me about where people decide to get in touch. You approve the plan before I write a word.
-
Words and design
I write every page and design it from scratch, with images made for your brand. You review it on a working preview site, on your own phone.
-
Build and launch
I build it, connect Analytics and Search Console and add the WhatsApp button. When you approve the finished site, you pay the second half and it goes live.
-
After launch
I fix any bugs during the warranty. After that, the website partner retainer keeps growing it, with hosting and upkeep included, and you message me when something needs changing.
What a website for property agents costs
My websites start at SGD 2,535 for Starter. Growth, from SGD 7,585, adds a CMS you edit yourself and a blog, and Premium, from SGD 10,620, adds bookings or a shop with payments. Every price is fixed before I start: half to begin, half when you approve the finished site.
Suggested package: Growth. Growth fits most agents: listings you update yourself, area guides and a blog.

Questions property agents ask me
How much does a real estate agent website cost in Singapore?
A property agent website costs from SGD 2,535 with me. Starter covers a profile site with a handful of listings. Most agents want to add listings themselves and publish area guides, which is Growth, from SGD 7,585. Premium, from SGD 10,620, adds a second language. The price is fixed before I start.
Can I manage my own listings?
Yes, on Growth and Premium. You add photos, details and status in the CMS, and the listing pages update.
Will my website compete with PropertyGuru and 99.co?
It works alongside them. The portals bring volume. Your site is where people land when they search your name, your area or the kind of home you specialise in, and the enquiries come only to you.
Does the website meet CEA’s advertising guidelines?
I build your name, registration number and your agency’s name and licence number into every page and listing, as CEA’s guidelines require for online advertising. Your agency vets publicity before it goes out, so you’ll have the site to check before launch.
Do you build websites for agencies and teams?
Yes. A team site gets a profile for each agent, and every listing shows who’s handling it.
How long does a property agent website take?
Growth takes 3 to 5 weeks from the first payment.
Do I need a website if most clients come by referral?
Referred clients still look you up. A site with your track record and the areas you know turns that look into a call.
