It depends on what you sell. Mailchimp and MailerLite are easy for newsletters, Klaviyo is strong for online shops, and Brevo suits businesses that also send transactional emails. I'll recommend one based on your list size, your shop platform and your budget.

Authenticate your sending domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, send only to people who opted in, remove addresses that bounce, and keep a clear unsubscribe link. I set up the authentication as part of the platform setup.

The Spam Control Act covers bulk commercial email: it needs a working unsubscribe facility, an accurate sender, and unsolicited messages must carry <ADV> in the subject. Unsubscribe requests have to be honoured within 10 business days. The PDPA also covers how you collect and use the email addresses.
