Citri Mobile is one of Singapore's most established phone repair providers, with over 15 years of experience, four locations across the island, 700+ reviews, and Apple Independent Repair Provider certification. However, their existing website was outdated and had virtually no search engine visibility, meaning thousands of potential customers searching for specific repair services were finding competitors instead.
Citri Mobile's existing site didn't reflect the professionalism and scale of a 4-location repair chain with Apple IRP certification. The design was dated, failed to showcase their full range of services across 20+ device brands, and wasn't converting the traffic they did receive into walk-ins and WhatsApp enquiries.
Despite being one of Singapore's largest independent repair providers, Citri Mobile wasn't ranking for the specific repair queries that customers actually search, terms like "iPhone 16 screen repair Singapore" or "MacBook battery replacement Jurong". This meant massive lost revenue to competitors with better SEO.
With 20+ device brands (Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Google Pixel, OPPO, Xiaomi, and more) and dozens of repair types (screen, battery, water damage, charging port, camera), there were thousands of specific repair services with no dedicated landing pages to capture search traffic.
With four locations in Yishun, Jurong, Tampines, and Chinatown, customers searching for phone repair near specific areas couldn't easily find or compare the closest Citri Mobile outlet, losing walk-in traffic to less established local competitors.
We took a programmatic approach to both the website rebuild and SEO strategy, engineering a system that could generate thousands of targeted landing pages while maintaining design quality and user experience across every page.
Built a bold, professional website anchored by Citri Mobile's signature orange branding. The hero section immediately communicates trust, 15+ years of experience, 700+ reviews, Apple IRP certification, with prominent WhatsApp and "Repair My Device" CTAs. Location cards below the fold make it easy to find the nearest outlet.
Engineered a WordPress-based system with custom templates that programmatically generates a dedicated landing page for every combination of device brand, model, and repair issue. "iPhone 16 water damage repair", "Samsung Galaxy S24 screen replacement", "MacBook Pro battery replacement", each gets its own optimised page with unique content, pricing signals, and location-specific CTAs.
Built a structured browsing experience with hub pages for each brand (Apple, Samsung, Huawei, etc.), individual device pages, and service-specific pages. This creates a deep internal linking structure that search engines reward, while helping customers navigate directly to their specific repair need.
Integrated Google Reviews (4.8-star rating), Carousell Best Service Provider badges, Apple Independent Repair Provider certification, and corporate client showcase throughout the site. A dedicated reviews section with embedded Google reviews builds immediate credibility with new visitors.
