The project at a glance
I built the site so a buyer can try the product before booking a call. Two roleplay exchanges play on the homepage, one with a procurement lead pushing on price and one with a direct report who won't accept the feedback.

What wasn't working, and how I fixed it
Before
The pitch depends on what happens after the classroom
Two days in a room, then twelve weeks of practice, then the real thing. A buyer had to get that shape at a glance, without a programme brochure.
What I did
I drew the whole programme as one line on the first screen
Under Rehearse critical business conversations before they happen, a single bar runs from 2 Days Classroom through 12 Weeks AI Practice to Day 86+ Real World, and ends on a certification marker. The two photo cards beside the headline repeat 2 Days and 12 Weeks.
Before
AI training sounds like a chatbot with a new label
AI rehearsal is what makes the programme work. To an experienced L&D buyer, it's also the phrase most likely to sound like a gimmick.
What I did
I put two of the roleplays on the homepage
Daniel, a procurement lead, says a competitor is 18% cheaper and asks why they should stay. Priya, a direct report, has hit every target and doesn't see the issue. Under each line is the reply a trainee practises, so a buyer sees the rehearsal itself.
Before
Buyers have paid for training that changed nothing
L&D teams in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia have sat through workshops that felt good on the day and were forgotten by Monday. StrataVant calls it an evidence problem.
What I did
I set the system against ordinary training, line by line
Two cards sit side by side. Traditional training ends when the room empties and is measured by attendance. The StrataVant system runs alongside live work and is measured by behaviour change in real situations.
Before
Sales leaders and HR want different things from the same system
Two sites would have split the argument in half. One page for both would have read as generic to each of them.
What I did
I gave each audience its own track on one shared system
Leadership Excellence is for high potentials and early-tenure leaders, in three steps from Leading Self to Driving Performance. Sales Functional Excellence covers the how and the what of selling. Each has its own Explore link, under the line Two practices. One performance system.

How the build ran, 4 weeks in all
-
Positioning 1 week
Worked out the order of the argument: name the scepticism, show the rehearsal, then explain the system. That sequence became the page structure.
-
Design 1 week
Developed the warm cream, navy and gold system in Montserrat, the layered hero cards, the programme timeline and the roleplay demo components.
-
Build 1.5 weeks
Built the site on Next.js with the interactive roleplay simulations, the two solution tracks, the insights section and ProfessionalService schema.
-
Content & Launch 0.5 weeks
Finalised the insights pieces, checked the enquiry routes and deployed to Vercel.
