The Escape Artist runs facilitated escape games at real Singapore landmarks, from the Battlebox at Fort Canning to River Wonders and Fort Siloso, for groups of 10 to more than 1,000 on a single day. There is no venue to photograph and no room to show, so we built the site around the case file instead, turning 12 games into 12 briefs and putting the enterprise client wall where procurement can see it.

Project Details
This is the hardest thing to sell in the category. There is no fixed venue, no permanent set and no photograph of a room, because the product is a facilitated game that arrives at a landmark, a hotel function room or an office. The site has to make an intangible service feel concrete enough to put on a purchase order.
Every competitor can photograph a fixed set. Here the product only exists on the day it runs, so the site has to convey a hosted experience without the usual visual shorthand of a venue.
Corporate teams, government agencies and schools all buy this, and each has its own procurement rules and language. Government buyers in particular need to see Vendors@Gov and GeBIZ readiness before they will start a conversation.
Running a single game for more than 1,000 people on one date at one venue is the strongest claim in the business, and a claim buyers are reasonably sceptical about until they see how it works.
The market is full of cheap team building games that are a WhatsApp chatbot and a spreadsheet. A facilitated game with costumed hosts and physical props needs to look and read like a different category entirely.
We built the whole site as a detective agency dossier, which solved the core problem neatly: a case file is a way of describing something concrete that has not happened yet. Yellow on black, monospaced labels, and a brief you can read at a glance.
Each game is a numbered case file carrying its venue and its ceiling, so the scale question answers itself: River Wonders and Haw Par Villa and Fort Siloso up to 1,000 pax, the Battlebox at Fort Canning up to 120, the Asian Civilisations Museum up to 150, the Singapore Maritime Gallery up to 200, plus a dining game at selected restaurants for 50.
The hero carries a confidential dossier card stating the case as a disengaged team, the scale as 10 to 1,000 plus pax, the method as an immersive escape game, run by hosts in costume, at a location of your choice. A buyer understands the entire offer before scrolling once.
The team building menu splits into MNCs and large teams, government with Vendors@Gov and GeBIZ readiness stated plainly, and schools and institutes, so each buyer lands on language written for how they actually purchase.

Real props teams hold and write on, paired with MazeFox, the in-house platform that runs in a browser with no app download. Positioned directly against chatbot team building rather than leaving the buyer to work out the difference.
Corporate buyers get an instant estimate and a request a proposal flow. Public players get Eventbrite ticketing for the open games, plus a notification list for the next one.

Mapped the three buyer types and their procurement routes, then catalogued all 12 games with venues and capacity ceilings so the structure could lead with scale.
Developed the detective dossier system: the yellow and black palette, monospaced case file labels, the confidential brief card and the venue led game cards.
Built the site in Astro, wired the quote and proposal flows, integrated Eventbrite and WhatsApp, and optimised for corporate team building search terms across the government and education segments.
