Health & Wellness Website Design in Singapore
Health and wellness services are bought under stress. Nobody browses this category for pleasure. They are worried about a symptom, exhausted by something that will not resolve, or acting on behalf of a child or a parent, and they are looking for evidence that somebody has seen their exact situation before.
That changes what the website is for. It is not a brochure for the practice, it is reassurance delivered fast enough to survive a distracted, anxious reader on a phone.

The work
One project in this category so far. Every case study sets out what the business needed, what got built and what changed.
What a health or wellness website has to do
Lead with the symptom, not the service
People do not search for the name of the treatment, they search for what is happening to them. A page that opens by listing what the visitor is living through earns more trust in ten seconds than three paragraphs about methodology.
Answer the objection before the enquiry
Every health service carries a specific fear that stops people booking. Will it hurt, will it work, is it safe for my child, will I be judged. Leaving those to be handled on the call means most people never make the call.
Make credentials impossible to miss
Large parts of wellness are unregulated, so certification, professional registration and years in practice are what separate a real practitioner from an Instagram account. They belong above the fold, not on an About page.
Make the first step small
A free short consultation converts far better than a booking form, because the barrier is rarely the price of the treatment. It is the fear that making contact commits you to something you cannot yet judge.
How I build health and wellness sites
- 1
Structure the page around recognition
Symptoms first, then who it suits, then what happens, then the credentials. Our Little Chicks opens on the exhausted parent’s actual night: multiple wakings, 20-minute naps, an hour to get to sleep. Recognition sells before any description of the method does.
- 2
Band the service by who it is for
Age bands, conditions or stages, whichever the practice actually works in. A parent of a newborn and a parent of a six-year-old need to see themselves in one line, not read through an option written for somebody else.
- 3
Lay the whole journey out
Every stage from first contact to the end of support, stated up front. It removes the fear of committing to something open-ended, which in this category is a bigger barrier than cost.
- 4
Write for someone who is not calm
Short sentences, plain language, no clever navigation. The visitor is stressed, often on a phone, often late at night. Anything that requires patience does not get read.

Founder & Lead Strategist, Terris (Singapore)
Every project on this page was handled by me personally, from the first conversation to launch. You are not briefing an account manager and then being handed to someone else. That is also why the portfolio is deliberately specific: I would rather show you the one project I have genuinely done in your sector than claim expertise in twenty.
How I report results
- Real projects, live URLs. Every case study links to the site itself, so you can check the work rather than take my word for it.
- Figures come from the client or the build. Page counts and structure are countable from the site. Traffic and lead figures are only shown where the client shared them.
- No invented testimonials. Quotes are shown only where a client actually gave one, which is why some case studies here have none.
- Prices are current and public. The figures quoted in the questions below match the published packages, not a number invented for this page.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a health or wellness website cost in Singapore?
A single practitioner or small practice presenting its services, credentials and a booking route fits the One Week Website at SGD 3,500. If you need condition-specific pages, a resource library or multiple practitioner profiles, that is a bespoke build from SGD 4,500. Our Little Chicks took three weeks.
Can you handle medical advertising rules?
For clinical services in Singapore, healthcare advertising is regulated and rules out outcome guarantees, before-and-after claims and testimonials in some contexts. I write within that, which mostly means being specific and useful rather than promotional. For regulated practices your own compliance review still has the final say.
Should we publish prices?
Usually yes for packaged services, because hiding them filters out more good enquiries than bad ones. For anything genuinely dependent on assessment, a free short consultation plus honest indicative ranges works better than either a hidden price or a misleading fixed one.
Do we need a blog?
In this sector the article library is often the main source of new enquiries, because people search their symptom months before they search for a practitioner. It works when each piece genuinely answers the question rather than teasing the paid service.
Choosing a web designer for a health or wellness practice
The common mistake in this sector is building the site around the practitioner’s expertise instead of the visitor’s problem. The qualifications, the philosophy, the years of training and the methodology all go first, and the symptom that actually brought someone to the page appears somewhere near the bottom, if at all.
Reversing that order tends to change the results more than a redesign does. Open with what the person is living through, answer the fear that is stopping them, show the credentials that make you safe to contact, and make the first step free and small. The expertise still matters enormously, it just belongs after the recognition rather than before it.
If you know your practice gets results but the enquiries do not reflect that, the gap is usually in how the page opens. Have a look at the case study above and get in touch.
