Retail, Repair & App Website Design in Singapore

Two quite different briefs sit in this category, and they share a problem. A repair chain and a consumer app both need to be found for an enormous number of very specific searches, and neither can write a page for each one by hand.

Citri Mobile needed to appear for every combination of device, fault and outlet. Perfect Pairing needed to convince a thoroughly cynical audience that a dating app was worth trusting, before it had launched and with no product to demo. Different problems, both solved with structure rather than volume of copy.

What matters here

What a retail or app website has to do

Cover the long tail without writing it by hand

Somebody searches "iPhone 15 screen replacement Jurong". Multiply that by every model, every fault and every outlet and you have thousands of real searches that no team is going to write pages for manually.

Stay useful at scale

Programmatic pages earn their place only if each one is genuinely specific. Thin pages generated from a template with the model name swapped in are a liability, and Google has become good at spotting them.

Answer the trust objection head on

For a repair chain that means parts quality, warranty and turnaround. For a dating app it means proving verification is real. Either way the page has to name the doubt rather than talk around it.

Work before the product exists

A pre-launch app has no screenshots, no download numbers and no press. The page has to carry the entire pitch on argument, layout and device mockups.

The approach

How I build retail and app sites

  1. 1

Programmatic SEO, built on real data

Citri Mobile runs 16,000+ pages generated from actual device, fault and outlet data, so each one is specific enough to be worth landing on rather than a template with a word changed.

  2. 2

    One page, one argument

Perfect Pairing runs as a single line of reasoning: the complaint people already recognise, the mechanism that fixes it, the safety detail that closes the doubt, then the offer. Eleven sections in that order rather than a feature list.

  3. 3

    Refuse to overclaim

The Perfect Pairing comparison table says "significantly reduced" rather than "eliminated", and states plainly that verification does not guarantee safety. With a sceptical audience, the restraint is what makes the rest credible.

  4. 4

Build in things that maintain themselves

The founders promo computes its own deadline from the current month and hides itself when the offer ends, so nobody has to redeploy the site to keep it honest.

Terris

Founder & Lead Strategist, Terris (Singapore)

Every project on this page was handled by me personally, from the first conversation to launch. You are not briefing an account manager and then being handed to someone else. That is also why the portfolio is deliberately specific: I would rather show you the 3 projects I have genuinely done in your sector than claim expertise in twenty.

How I report results

  • Real projects, live URLs. Every case study links to the site itself, so you can check the work rather than take my word for it.
  • Figures come from the client or the build. Page counts and structure are countable from the site. Traffic and lead figures are only shown where the client shared them.
  • No invented testimonials. Quotes are shown only where a client actually gave one, which is why some case studies here have none.
  • Prices are current and public. The figures quoted in the questions below match the published packages, not a number invented for this page.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a retail or app landing page cost in Singapore?

A launch landing page with the supporting legal pages is a fast, contained project and often fits the One Week Website at SGD 3,500. Programmatic builds like Citri Mobile, where thousands of pages are generated from your data, are bespoke and start at SGD 4,500 depending on how clean the underlying data is.

Is programmatic SEO safe, or will Google penalise it?

It is safe when each page is genuinely useful and backed by real data, and risky when it is a template with a keyword swapped in. The deciding factor is whether a human landing on that page finds something specific to what they searched. I will tell you honestly whether your data supports it before building anything.

How many pages can you actually generate?

Citri Mobile runs over 16,000. The limit is your data rather than the build. If you have clean structured information about products, faults, models or locations, it can become pages.

Can you launch a site before our app is live?

Yes, and that is a normal sequence. Perfect Pairing shipped before the app was public, using device mockups in place of screenshots, with conversion tracking and the PDPA, privacy and terms pages in place from day one, which matters when the product handles identity.

Choosing a web designer for retail or a consumer product

These two briefs look nothing alike and they fail in the same way. A repair chain that writes ten service pages will never surface for the thousands of specific searches its customers actually make. An app that lists its features will never overcome an audience that has already been burned by three competitors making identical claims.

Both are solved by deciding what the page is arguing before deciding what it says. For retail that means letting your own data generate the specificity at a scale nobody could write by hand. For a consumer product it means picking the single objection standing between the visitor and signing up, then structuring the entire page around dismantling it.

If you have a catalogue that is not producing search traffic, or a product launch where the landing page has to do all the work, those are the two cases here. Have a look at both and get in touch.
