What wasn't working, and how I fixed it
Before
The old site had stopped working altogether
J Tech's clients are semiconductor fabs and pharmaceutical plants, and their procurement teams check a contractor online before shortlisting one. With the old site down, they found nothing.
What I did
I built them a new site in four weeks
It opens on a clean room photo under a teal wash, with an ISO 45001:2018 badge above the headline and Get a Free Quote below it. A band underneath carries the track record: 20+ years, 100+ projects, 50+ clients and 24/7 support.

With the old site gone, J Tech's services weren't listed anywhere
J Tech covers electrical, mechanical and civil work, instrumentation, clean rooms, fabrication and industrial services. A buyer hiring for one of those needs to find it fast.
What I did
I put the main services straight under the first screen
Electrical Services, Mechanical Services, Civil Engineering and Instrumentation each get a card and a line on the work, from high voltage termination to calibration. View All Services leads on to clean room technology, custom fabrication and industrial services.
Before
The old site was generic about who J Tech works for
A procurement manager at a fab or a pharmaceutical plant wants to know a contractor has done their kind of clean room before. Generic wording doesn't tell them that.
What I did
I named the six industries, with the certificates next to them
A card lists them by name: semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, microelectronics and life sciences. Beside it, the company's story ends on three ticks: ISO 45001:2018 certified, OSHA certified and fully insured.
Before
The old site couldn't take an enquiry
A buyer who went looking for J Tech hit a dead site and had nowhere to ask for a quote.
What I did
I ended the homepage on a quote request and the phone number
Ready to Start Your Project? offers a free consultation, with Contact Us Today next to the office number. The footer gives the address at Pioneer Point, the phone and the email, under the full list of seven services.

How the build ran, 4 weeks in all

Discovery & Content 3 days
Gathered service details, industry verticals, client information, certifications, and brand assets from the J Tech team. Planned the site architecture and page structure.

Design 1 week
Designed the teal industrial aesthetic with clean room photography, service cards, industry listings, stats section, and responsive layouts for all devices.

Development 1.5 weeks
Built the Astro site with Tailwind CSS, implementing all pages, Home, About, Services, Industries, Clients, Contact, with quote request form and phone CTA integration.

Testing & Launch 3 days
Cross-browser testing, mobile responsiveness verification, content review with J Tech team, and production deployment to jtech.sg.
