If you are searching for the best veneers Singapore has to offer, the first thing to understand is that veneers are not a product you buy off a shelf. They are thin shells bonded to the front of your teeth, and the outcome depends almost entirely on the dentist who designs them and the lab that makes them. The same patient can walk out of two clinics looking completely different.

I spent time going through clinic websites, dentist credentials, published pricing, patient feedback and the technology each practice uses before writing this. Every clinic below is a real, operating Singapore practice staffed by dentists registered with the Singapore Dental Council. There are no affiliate links here. This is simply where I would start looking if I wanted veneers done well.

One honest warning before the list. A veneer is a permanent commitment in most cases, because the conventional version involves shaving away enamel that never grows back. That is exactly why I weighted this list toward clinics with genuine cosmetic and prosthodontic depth rather than the cheapest quote. Below I explain porcelain versus composite, prep versus no-prep, real 2026 pricing, and then my nine clinic picks ordered by how strong they are specifically for veneers.

Porcelain vs composite, prep vs no-prep

Veneers split into two big decisions, and getting both right matters more than the clinic's brochure photos. The first decision is the material. The second is how much of your natural tooth gets touched.

Porcelain veneers are custom shells made by a dental lab from ceramic. They look the most natural, resist staining from coffee and wine, and last the longest. The trade-off is cost and permanence. To fit a conventional porcelain veneer flush against the tooth, the dentist usually shaves off a thin layer of enamel, often around half a millimetre. Enamel does not regenerate. Once it is gone, that tooth will need a veneer or crown on it for life. This is the single most important fact most people miss, and it is why the skill of the cosmetic dentist or prosthodontist, plus the quality of the lab, is the whole game. A skilled hand removes the minimum needed and shapes the prep so the lab can build a natural result.

Composite veneers are built up directly on the tooth by the dentist using tooth-coloured resin, usually in a single visit. They cost far less, and many composite jobs are minimal-prep or even no-prep, which means little or no enamel is removed and the work can often be reversed or repaired. The downside is that composite chips, wears and stains faster than porcelain, so it needs more upkeep and tends to be redone sooner.

That brings us to prep versus no-prep. No-prep and minimal-prep veneers (porcelain ultra-thin systems or composite) keep your enamel and stay reversible, which is the safer long-term choice when your teeth are already well aligned and healthy. Conventional prep veneers remove enamel to control thickness, shape and colour, which gives the dentist more design freedom but locks you in. Neither is automatically better. The right answer depends on your teeth, your bite and your goal, which is exactly the kind of judgement you want a credentialed cosmetic dentist making.

Singapore regulates this through the Ministry of Health (MOH), and every practising dentist must be registered with the Singapore Dental Council (SDC). You can and should check a dentist's registration on the SDC register before committing to irreversible work. For complex cosmetic cases, look for a prosthodontist, the specialist trained specifically in restoring and replacing teeth.

If you want one line to take away: composite is the lower-cost, lower-commitment, higher-maintenance option, and porcelain is the higher-cost, permanent, lowest-maintenance option that looks the most natural.

Prices at a glance

Veneer pricing in Singapore depends on the material, the number of teeth, the complexity of the smile design and the location of the clinic. As a rough 2026 guide, porcelain veneers run around S$1,200 to S$2,500 per tooth, and composite veneers run around S$250 to S$800 per tooth. A full smile is rarely one tooth. Most smile makeovers cover six to ten of the front teeth, so a full set of porcelain veneers easily climbs into many thousands of dollars.

ItemTypical 2026 price
Porcelain veneer (per tooth)S$1,200 – S$2,500
Composite veneer (per tooth)S$250 – S$800
Full smile, 6 to 10 teeth (porcelain)Many thousands, often S$10,000+
ConsultationS$22 – S$55
Digital smile design / wax-upSometimes a separate fee

A couple of things shift the number. Orchard and CBD clinics typically charge around 20 to 40 percent more than heartland practices for the same work, and a detailed digital smile design or diagnostic wax-up is sometimes billed on top of the veneers themselves.

Now the part people most want to be wrong about: veneers are a cosmetic treatment, so they are not claimable under MediSave or CHAS. Those subsidies are for medically necessary dental work such as surgical extractions, root canals or dentures, not for elective smile improvement. Budget for veneers as an out-of-pocket cost and ask the clinic for a full written quote, including any redo or warranty terms, before you start.

1. Orchard Scotts Dental

If veneers are the goal, Orchard Scotts Dental is where I would start. Founded in 2007 by Dr Jerry Lim and Dr Ronnie Yap, the Wheelock Place clinic has built its name squarely in cosmetic dentistry: porcelain veneers, teeth whitening and full smile makeovers are core work here, not a sideline. That focus matters for veneers, where consistent volume and an aesthetic eye separate a natural result from an obvious one.

Best known for
cosmetic dentistry and porcelain veneers from an aesthetic-focused team, with a S$88 screening entry point.
Location
Wheelock Place, Orchard.
Google rating
4.9 stars.

2. Dental Designs Clinic

Dental Designs earns the second spot because of one thing most clinics cannot match: an in-house dental laboratory at its Raffles Place branch. For veneers, the lab is half the result. Having ceramists in the same building shortens turnaround and tightens the loop between the dentist who preps the teeth and the technician who builds the shells, which is exactly the collaboration a good veneer needs.

Best known for
in-house dental lab and a full digital CAD/CAM smile design workflow.
Location
Raffles Place, Telok Ayer and Orchard.
Google rating
4.9 stars across 1,000+ reviews.

3. Specialist Dental Group

When a veneer case is also a bite case, a worn-down case or a full-mouth rehabilitation, this is the clinic I would trust. Specialist Dental Group has operated since 1979 and fields 11 internationally qualified specialists, including prosthodontists, the specialty trained specifically in restoring and replacing teeth. Complex cosmetic work that needs to look good and function correctly is their home ground.

Best known for
prosthodontic and specialist-led complex cosmetic and full-mouth cases.
Location
Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre (Orchard) and Tanglin.

4. Smilefocus

Smilefocus has spent more than 25 years at Camden Medical Centre building a reputation among Singapore's expat community, winning an Expat Living Best Dentist award along the way. The draw for veneers is their Digital Smile Design approach, which previews and plans the smile digitally before treatment, so you can see and refine the target before any irreversible prep happens. That preview step is genuinely useful when you are committing to a new smile.

Best known for
Digital Smile Design and an internationally trained cosmetic team.
Location
Camden Medical Centre, Orchard Boulevard.
Google rating
4.7 stars across 150+ reviews.

5. Nuffield Dental

Nuffield Dental is the convenience pick on this list, and that counts for more than it sounds. With 11 locations island-wide and a 4.8-star average, you can usually find a branch near home or work, which makes the multi-visit nature of porcelain veneers far easier to schedule. As a one-stop multi-disciplinary group with in-house specialists, they can also handle the alignment, gum work or whitening that sometimes needs to come before veneers.

Best known for
island-wide convenience, in-house specialists and transparent published pricing.
Location
11 locations island-wide.
Google rating
4.8 stars.

6. TP Dental

TP Dental has run for more than 53 years from Ngee Ann City Tower B on Orchard Road, and it offers something useful for veneer patients: in-house prosthodontics alongside general dentistry. Because veneers are a restorative, design-driven treatment, having prosthodontic expertise under the same roof means a smile makeover can be planned and executed without bouncing between practices.

Best known for
in-house prosthodontics and year-round availability (open 363 days a year).
Location
Ngee Ann City Tower B, Orchard.
Website
tpdental.com.sg

7. NoFrills Dental

NoFrills Dental is my value pick for cosmetic work. The whole proposition is good dentistry without CBD prices, run from Suntec City, Marine Parade and Marina Square for 15-plus years. They cover cosmetic dentistry alongside general and periodontal care, so composite veneers and more affordable smile improvements are well within scope here.

Best known for
affordable cosmetic and general dentistry priced below the CBD average.
Location
Suntec City, Marine Parade and Marina Square.

8. Royce Dental

Royce Dental makes the list on transparency and reach. With branches at Bishan, Holland Village, Kallang, Tiong Bahru and Marina Boulevard, it covers both heartland and central locations, and the clinic is known for transparent pricing across general, cosmetic and implant treatments. For anyone nervous about open-ended cosmetic quotes, a practice that leads with clear pricing is reassuring.

Best known for
transparent pricing across general, cosmetic and implant treatment, with wide coverage.
Location
Bishan, Holland Village, Kallang, Tiong Bahru and Marina Boulevard.

9. Family Dental Centre / FDC

Family Dental Centre, or FDC, rounds out the list as the accessible, family-friendly option. Operating since 2003 across Harbourfront, Toa Payoh, Jurong and Tampines, FDC fields 32 surgeons and a multilingual, CHAS-accredited team. The scale and heartland locations make it an easy, affordable place to begin a cosmetic conversation close to home.

Best known for
affordable, multilingual, family-friendly dentistry with a large surgeon pool.
Location
Harbourfront, Toa Payoh, Jurong and Tampines.

What I look for in a veneers clinic in Singapore

Veneers are cosmetic, irreversible and not cheap, so the bar should be high. Here is the checklist I would run before letting anyone touch my enamel:

  1. A genuine cosmetic or prosthodontic track record. Veneers are a design skill, not just a procedure. Look for dentists who do this work often and can show before-and-after cases. For complex smiles, a prosthodontist is the relevant specialist.
  2. SDC registration, verified. Every dentist must be registered with the Singapore Dental Council. Check the named dentist on the register, not just the clinic brand.
  3. An honest prep conversation. A good dentist explains how much enamel comes off, whether a no-prep or minimal-prep option suits you, and what the long-term commitment is. If nobody mentions that prep is permanent, walk.
  4. A preview before commitment. Digital smile design, a wax-up or mock-up lets you see and adjust the result before irreversible work begins. The strongest cosmetic clinics offer this as standard.
  5. Lab quality. An in-house or high-end lab and a digital workflow (scanners, CAD/CAM) shows in the final shells. The lab is half the outcome.
  6. Clear written pricing and warranty. Get the full cost per tooth, any design fees, and redo or warranty terms in writing. Remember veneers are not MOH-subsidised cosmetic care, so there is no MediSave or CHAS to fall back on.

How I put this list together

I am a web designer and digital strategist, not a dentist, so I want to be upfront about what this list is and is not. It is not a clinical ranking. It is the shortlist I would personally work from, built by going through each clinic's website, dentist credentials, published pricing, patient reviews and the technology they use for cosmetic work.

I weighted the order toward genuine veneer and cosmetic strength rather than the cheapest quote, because with irreversible work the result matters more than saving a few hundred dollars. Clinics with dedicated cosmetic focus, prosthodontic specialists, in-house labs or digital smile design sit higher; broad, affordable generalists sit lower but are still solid, honest choices for the right budget.

There are no affiliate links here. Pricing and ratings reflect what I found at the time of writing and will shift over time, so always confirm current figures and the specific dentist handling your case directly with the clinic. Treat this as a smart starting point for your own research, not a substitute for a proper consultation.

How much do veneers cost in Singapore?

As a 2026 guide, porcelain veneers cost around S$1,200 to S$2,500 per tooth, and composite veneers around S$250 to S$800 per tooth. Because most smile makeovers cover six to ten front teeth, a full set of porcelain veneers usually runs into many thousands of dollars, often above S$10,000. Consultations are typically S$22 to S$55, and a digital smile design or wax-up is sometimes billed separately. Orchard and CBD clinics tend to charge 20 to 40 percent more than heartland practices. Veneers are cosmetic, so they are not claimable under MediSave or CHAS.

Porcelain or composite veneers: which is better?

Neither is universally better; they suit different goals. Porcelain looks the most natural, resists staining and lasts 10 to 15 years or more, but it costs more and usually requires permanent enamel removal. Composite is much cheaper, often done in a single visit, frequently minimal-prep or no-prep, and can be repaired, but it chips and stains faster and is typically redone every four to eight years. If budget is tight or you want a reversible option, composite is a sensible starting point. If you want the most natural, longest-lasting result and are comfortable with the permanence, porcelain wins. A good cosmetic dentist will recommend based on your teeth, bite and goals.

How long do veneers last?

Porcelain veneers commonly last 10 to 15 years or longer with good care, while composite veneers usually last around four to eight years before they need touching up or replacing. Lifespan depends heavily on your habits: grinding or clenching, biting hard objects, poor oral hygiene and heavy coffee, tea, wine or smoking all shorten it. A nightguard if you grind, regular dental check-ups and good daily cleaning all help your veneers go the distance. When a veneer does fail, the underlying prepped tooth still needs covering, which is part of why the initial decision is a long-term one.

Do veneers ruin your teeth?

Veneers do not ruin your teeth when done well by a skilled dentist, but the honest answer has nuance. Conventional porcelain veneers involve shaving off a thin layer of enamel, and enamel does not grow back, so that tooth will need a veneer or crown on it permanently. That is not damage so much as an irreversible commitment, and it is exactly why the dentist's skill matters so much. No-prep, minimal-prep and composite options remove little or no enamel and are often reversible, which is safer for healthy, well-aligned teeth. Poorly done veneers, with too much enamel removed or badly fitted edges, can cause sensitivity, gum irritation or decay underneath, which is the strongest argument for choosing an experienced cosmetic dentist. For more on choosing the right clinician, see my guide to the best cosmetic dentists in Singapore.

How many veneers do I need?

It depends on how many teeth show when you smile and what you want to change. Some people fix a single chipped or discoloured tooth with one veneer. Most full smile makeovers cover the teeth visible in a broad smile, commonly the upper six, eight or ten front teeth, so the result looks even and natural rather than patchy. The right number is something to settle at consultation, ideally with a digital smile design or mock-up so you can see the proposed result before any work starts. If only colour bothers you, ask whether teeth whitening alone could achieve your goal first, since it is cheaper and does not touch your enamel.

Veneers can transform a smile, but they are a permanent, out-of-pocket cosmetic decision, so the dentist and the lab matter far more than the lowest quote. My shortlist leans toward the cosmetic and prosthodontic-led practices for a reason: with irreversible enamel work, skill is everything. Use this as a starting point, then book consultations, ask to see real cases, and get the full cost in writing before you commit. For the wider picture, see my pillar guide to the best dental clinics in Singapore.

One last note from my side of the table. A clinic that does beautiful veneers but has a confusing, slow or dated website loses patients before they ever walk in. I build fast, trustworthy websites for clinics that turn searches into booked consultations. If that is you, take a look at my website design for clinics in Singapore service, or get a quote and let us talk about bringing more of the right patients through your door.
