Suggest a business or flag a correction
These guides get better when readers push back. If you know a Singapore business worth featuring, or you have spotted something out of date, tell me. I would always rather fix a guide than leave a reader with the wrong information.
Suggest a business
Run, or rate, a Singapore provider that deserves a spot on a guide? Tell me who they are and why they are good. A suggestion is not a guarantee of inclusion, everything still goes through the same research, but it puts them on my radar.
Suggest a businessReport a correction
Price moved, a business closed or relocated, a licence or detail wrong, a link broken? Flag it and I will check and fix it. Accuracy matters more to me than leaving a guide untouched.
Report a correctionWhat makes a useful suggestion
The more you can tell me, the faster I can check a business out. A few useful details go a long way.
- The business name and, if you have it, a website or address.
- Which guide or category it fits, for example plumbers, aesthetic clinics, or confinement care.
- Why you rate them: what they did well, roughly when, and anything that sets them apart.
- Any relevant licence or accreditation you know of.
- If you are the business owner, a quick note that it is you, so I can weigh it fairly.
My corrections policy
I read everything
Every suggestion and correction reaches me directly. I may not reply to all of them, but they are all read and considered.
Suggestions still get researched
A recommendation from a reader is a lead, not a shortcut. Any business still has to hold up against the same criteria before it makes a guide.
Corrections get priority
A factual error, a closed business, or a broken link gets checked and fixed as quickly as I can verify it, because wrong information helps nobody.
Owner requests are weighed honestly
If you own a business you are welcome to put it forward, but a self-suggestion is judged on merit like any other. To formally put your business up for a guide, use the get-featured page.
Suggestions & corrections FAQ
If I suggest my own business, will it be added?
You are welcome to suggest your own business, and I genuinely appreciate the tip. It does not guarantee inclusion, though. Every provider still has to hold up against my research and assessment before it makes a guide. If you would like to formally put your business forward, use the get-featured page.
I found a mistake in a guide. What happens now?
Flag it with the guide name and what is wrong, and I will verify and fix it. Corrections to prices, closures, licences, and broken links are the first thing I act on, because accuracy is the whole point of the series.
How long until I see a change?
It varies. A quick factual correction can be same-week once I have verified it. Adding a new business takes longer, since it goes through the full research process before it appears.
Do you pay for suggestions or reviews?
No. Suggestions are leads I research, not paid tips. And anything I feature still has to pass my own research and assessment, whoever suggested it.
Send it over
One message is all it takes. Whether it is a business to add or a detail to fix, it helps keep these guides genuinely useful for the next reader.
