If you are looking for the best event company Singapore has for 2026, this is the shortlist I would hand a friend who has just been told to organise their company's gala dinner, product launch or annual conference and has no idea where to start. Whether you call them an event planning company, an event management company or simply an event planner, these are the teams that turn a terrifying brief into a night your CEO actually thanks you for.

I spent a good while researching this one, cross-referencing each company's track record and event count, their award wins (the Marketing Events Awards are the ones that actually mean something here), their safety credentials like BizSafe certification and government-supplier status, their published client rosters, and the kind of work they show in their portfolios. These are event management companies that consistently deliver in Singapore, sorted by what each one is genuinely best at.

Think of this as the front door. An all-rounder can run almost any event, but for specific formats a specialist will do a cleaner job, so I have separate guides for dinner and dance, roadshows and activations, product launches and weddings too. Below are the twelve event companies in Singapore I would actually call, and how to pick between them.

01

What kind of event company do you actually need?

Before you call anyone, work out which kind of event you are running, because "event company" covers a few quite different jobs. Get this right and the shortlist below almost sorts itself.

A corporate dinner and dance (the classic year-end company D&D) is about theme, stage, entertainment and a smooth banquet flow for a few hundred staff. A roadshow or brand activation lives in a mall atrium or public space and is about footfall, eye-catching booths and crowd engagement. A product launch or grand opening is a short, high-stakes reveal where production value and the "wow" moment carry the whole event. A conference or MICE event is logistics-heavy: registration, breakout rooms, AV, speakers and sometimes hybrid streaming. And a wedding is its own world of styling, vendors and emotion that most corporate agencies do not touch.

Most companies below can run several of these, but each leans somewhere. I have flagged that lean in every entry so you can skip straight to the ones built for your event. For a deeper dive on a single format, see my guides to the best dinner and dance, roadshow and activation, product launch, conference and MICE, family day, team building, gala dinner and awards, birthday and private party, carnival rental and event production and AV companies in Singapore.

1. The Executive Group

The Executive Group is the one I would call first for a large, high-stakes corporate event where failure is not an option. They have been running since 2012, have delivered well over a thousand events, and carry a 45-strong in-house team that owns production end to end, from AVL and LED walls to live entertainment. When the whole show sits with one accountable team rather than a chain of subcontractors, a lot fewer things fall through the cracks on the night.

Their sweet spot is gala dinners, product launches, conferences and exhibitions across Singapore and Southeast Asia, and their client list backs it up: Adidas, McKinsey, Grand Hyatt, Hilton and a string of government agencies and multinationals. If you are planning a flagship annual dinner or a regional launch and you want a safe pair of hands that can scale, this is my default pick.

Location: 8 Jalan Kilang Timor, Kewalram House
Track record: 1,000+ events since 2012, 45-person in-house team
Best known for: Full-service corporate galas, launches and conferences with in-house production

Next: 2. Ooffle
03

2. Ooffle

Ooffle is the company I point people to when the event needs a technological edge. They are built around immersive production: 3D projection mapping, holographic displays, interactive digital booths and proper hybrid and virtual event platforms. If your launch needs a visual moment that makes people pull out their phones, or your conference has to reach a remote audience without feeling like a webinar, this is the team for it.

They run at a serious level, with a client roster that includes AIA, PwC, McKinsey, Hyundai, DBS, OCBC and Resorts World Sentosa. Beyond the tech, they handle the full corporate spread, conferences, brand activations and live entertainment, so you are not bolting a production house onto a separate organiser. For anything hybrid, experiential or visually ambitious, Ooffle is my pick.

Website: ooffle.com
Location: Asia Square Tower 1 (sales), 158 Kallang Way (operations)
Notable clients: AIA, PwC, Hyundai, DBS, OCBC, Resorts World Sentosa
Best known for: Hybrid events and immersive 3D, projection-mapping and live-streaming production

Next: 3. Twist Media
04

3. Twist Media

Twist Media is the one to call when external recognition matters to your stakeholders. Their trophy cabinet is genuinely deep: multiple Marketing Events Awards from 2017 right through 2025, with wins for Best Hybrid Event, Best Digital Integration and Best Event in the Government Sector. In an industry where everyone claims to be "award-winning", they actually are, repeatedly.

They have delivered more than a thousand events, and the brands behind them are heavyweight: Amazon, Samsung, Netflix, plus government agencies like IMDA, GovTech and MAS. Their work spans brand activations, gala dinners, award ceremonies, conferences and hybrid events, with strong creative and technical depth in-house. If you are running something that needs to look and feel premium, and ideally win an award of its own, Twist Media belongs on your shortlist.

Location: 100 Pasir Panjang Road
Recognition: Multiple Marketing Events Awards (2017 to 2025)
Best known for: Award-winning brand activations, gala dinners and government-sector events

Next: 4. Mega Events
05

4. Mega Events

Mega Events is my one-stop pick, and especially strong for dinner and dance, family days and product launches. They are an SME 500 winner, BizSafe Star certified and a registered government supplier, which tells you they take the compliance and safety side seriously, not just the creative. They also run an in-house production team with a 100% on-time setup guarantee, which is exactly the reassurance you want when a few hundred guests are arriving at 7pm sharp.

What makes them genuinely useful for tighter budgets is how much they own under one roof. Beyond planning and production they rent out carnival games, arcade machines, bouncy castles, furniture, tentage and live food stations, so a family day or D&D does not need five separate vendors. Their client list runs from Singtel, Sentosa and McDonald's to DBS, the Singapore Police Force and MINDEF. For a no-drama corporate celebration with a lot included, they are hard to beat.

Next: 5. Get Out! Events
06

5. Get Out! Events

Get Out! Events is where I would go for anything experiential, especially team building, family days and large activations where on-the-ground execution matters more than a fancy deck. They are usually strongest when the brief needs both experience design and real on-site control, handling groups anywhere from 50 to 5,000 people without the wheels coming off.

Their range covers corporate dinner and dance, team building, family days, amazing-race style activities, conferences and award ceremonies, plus FMCG brand activations and equipment rental. Recent work tells the story: the NTUC SG60 Solidarity Walk, RHB's "Around the World" dinner and dance and a Moutai Mid-Autumn celebration. Run out of a CBD office on Robinson Road, they are a strong call when your event is as much about engagement as it is about logistics.

Get Out! Events homepage

Location: 14 Robinson Road
Notable work: NTUC SG60 Solidarity Walk, RHB dinner and dance, Moutai Mid-Autumn
Best known for: Experiential team building, family days and large-scale activations

Next: 6. Eventive
07

6. Eventive

Eventive is the pick for B2B events that have to justify themselves with numbers, not just nice photos. They frame events around lead generation, audience growth and measurable ROI, and they back it with registration and event-marketing services built in. If your management wants to know what the conference or roadshow actually returned, this is the team that speaks that language.

They specialise in seminars and conferences, product and sales launches, tradeshows and roadshows, dinner and dance and networking events, and they operate across APAC with 200-plus corporate events delivered. The client list, Grab, AIA, Autodesk, MongoDB, Canon and universities like NTU and SUTD, leans tech and enterprise, which is exactly where this kind of structured, results-first approach pays off. For a regional conference or a roadshow series, Eventive is my recommendation.

Eventive homepage

Website: eventive.sg
Location: 61 Ubi Avenue 1
Notable clients: Grab, AIA, Autodesk, MongoDB, Canon, NTU
Best known for: ROI-driven conferences, launches and roadshows with registration and marketing built in

Next: 7. 1 MICE
08

7. 1 MICE

1 MICE is the structured, process-first choice for conferences and MICE work. Their whole pitch is reliable execution from start to finish: customised planning, free consultation, and on-site support that covers venue coordination, vendor management and permits so you are not chasing ten parties yourself. When an event has a lot of moving logistical parts, that kind of order is worth a great deal.

Their portfolio shows they can handle scale and sensitivity, from the ASEAN-Korea Financial Cooperation Forum to TikTok's National Day celebrations, PAX8 and Cybereason. Alongside conferences they run corporate events like team building, family days and dinner and dance, plus brand activation and community engagement. For a serious conference or a multi-stakeholder corporate event, 1 MICE is a dependable name.

1 MICE homepage

Location: 1 Sims Lane
Notable work: ASEAN-Korea Financial Cooperation Forum, TikTok National Day, PAX8
Best known for: Structured conferences and MICE with strong on-site coordination

Next: 8. Unearthed Productions
09

8. Unearthed Productions

Unearthed Productions is the team I would shortlist when content and video production sit at the heart of the event, think award ceremonies, town halls and conferences that need to look broadcast-grade. They won at the Marketing Events Awards 2024, and they work in a clear three-phase model: pre-event research, creative and permits, event-day production and AV, then post-event video content. That last piece matters more than people expect, because the recap film is often what the event lives on as afterwards.

They cover both employee-engagement events (award ceremonies, dinners, town halls) and audience-facing ones (conferences, festivals, brand activations and placemaking), and they partner major venues like Suntec, NTUC Centre and Pan Pacific. If your event is really a story that needs telling well on stage and on screen, Unearthed is a strong fit.

Next: 9. Bon Events
10

9. Bon Events

Bon Events rounds out my list as the boutique dinner and dance specialist with real longevity. They have been at it since 2007, which is over fifteen years in a trade where agencies appear and vanish, and they have built up a multi-award reputation with hundreds of positive client reviews. When a smaller, focused team has lasted that long, it usually means they are very good at the thing they centre on.

That thing is dinner and dance, done properly, alongside corporate functions, exhibitions, award ceremonies, product launches and anniversaries. They also help with the bits people forget, emcee recommendations, pre-event activities, stage performances and video. Clients include Manulife, Zuellig Pharma, Carlton Hotel and MUFG Bank. If you want an experienced, hands-on team for a polished annual D&D rather than a giant agency, Bon Events is exactly that.

Next: 10. Macro Events
11

10. Macro Events

Macro Events is the most established name on this list, running since 1997, which in this industry is close to three decades of surviving every economic cycle. That longevity comes from a deep bench in MICE, exhibitions and corporate events, backed by in-house carpentry, logistics and studio facilities, so a lot of what a big conference or exhibition needs is handled under one roof rather than farmed out.

Its client wall leans heavily institutional, including SingHealth, NUHS, SMU, NTU, Gardens by the Bay and Micron, the kind of roster you only build by delivering reliably at scale. For a conference, exhibition, roadshow or a large corporate dinner and dance where you want a seasoned operator rather than a young studio, Macro Events is a dependable pick.

Best known for: Long-running MICE, exhibition and conference specialist

Next: 11. Tembusu Events
12

11. Tembusu Events

Tembusu Events is the credential-forward option here. Alongside BizSafe certification it holds ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 information-security certifications, which is rare among event companies and genuinely reassuring if your event involves guest data, online registration or anything privacy-sensitive. Founded in 2012, it centres on corporate dinner and dance, gala and awards nights, conferences and virtual events, with its own in-house studio for hybrid formats.

It lists corporate clients including AIA, Allianz and P&G, and leans into the polished, run-of-show-heavy end of corporate events. For a company dinner and dance or an awards night where you want a certified, process-driven team rather than a scrappy one, Tembusu is well worth shortlisting.

Location: 12 Woodlands Square, Woods Square Tower 1
Credentials: BizSafe, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certified
Best known for: Corporate dinner and dance and awards nights with strong certifications

Next: 12. Essential Werkz
13

12. Essential Werkz

Essential Werkz rounds out the list as a full-service corporate event company with real production depth. Operating for more than twenty years, it pairs event planning with in-house exhibition build, digital signage and creative and media production, so the creative and the physical build stay under one roof rather than split across separate vendors.

Its client list runs across telco, tech and finance, including M1, IBM, Singtel, NCS and OCBC, and its work spans dinner and dance, product and media launches, exhibitions and roadshows. For a corporate event that leans on strong creative and exhibition production, Essential Werkz is a solid, experienced choice to close out my picks.

What I look for in an event company or event planner in Singapore

After going through this many companies, the same handful of signals separate the ones I would trust with a real budget from the ones I would not. Here is what I actually check.

  • A relevant track record, not just a long one. Event count is nice, but I care more that they have run my type of event, at my size, recently. A team that owns the gala-dinner format will beat a generalist on a gala dinner every time.
  • In-house production versus pure coordination. Companies with their own AVL, staging and crew control quality and timing far better on the night than ones who subcontract everything. Ask what is theirs and what gets outsourced.
  • Safety certification and insurance. Event crews build stages, rig heavy lighting and run power around hundreds of guests. I want a BizSafe certified company that carries proper liability cover. For any event with tentage, raised stages or pyrotechnics, the company should also know its way around SCDF fire-safety and temporary-structure requirements. This is the one area I never compromise on.
  • Real recognition. The Marketing Events Awards are the industry yardstick worth weighing. A genuine win (not a vague "award-winning" claim) tells you peers and judges rated the work.
  • Clear scope and budget ownership. The good ones give you a structured quote and own the timeline and contingencies. If you are doing most of the chasing and coordinating, you are paying agency rates for a booking service.

One last check: ask to see a recent event of your type and, if you can, speak to that client. A company confident in its work will happily arrange it.

Next: How I put this list together
16

How I put this list together

I built this list from research, not relationships. For each company I went through their own portfolio and client roster, checked their award history (the Marketing Events Awards in particular), looked for safety and supplier credentials like BizSafe and government registration, and read how they describe the work they actually do rather than the buzzwords on the homepage.

I have ordered them by overall strength as corporate event companies, but the ranking matters less than the fit. The best event company for you is the one built for your specific event, which is why I flagged each one's lean. I update this list when my view changes or a stronger option appears.

How much does it cost to hire an event company in Singapore?

For a full corporate event, budget from around S$15,000 to S$30,000 at the lower end, rising quickly with guest numbers, venue, production, F&B and entertainment. A large gala dinner or product launch can run well into six figures. Smaller team-building sessions or a modest family day can start in the low thousands. Always brief your event company with a budget range up front so they can scope realistically rather than over-promising.

Next: What does an event management company actually do?
18

What does an event management company actually do?

A full-service event management company handles the whole event lifecycle: concept and theme, venue sourcing, production (staging, AV, lighting), entertainment, F&B coordination, run-of-show planning, vendor management, permits, on-site execution and post-event wrap. The good ones take the brief and own the outcome, so your internal team is not coordinating a dozen suppliers themselves.

Next: Is event planning the same as event management?
19

Is event planning the same as event management?

In Singapore the terms are used interchangeably, and most full-service companies do both. Strictly, event planning is the upfront work, concept, budgeting, venue and vendor selection and the run-of-show, while event management is the execution, coordinating suppliers and running the event on the day. When you hire an event planning company or event management company here, you almost always get both under one roof, which is exactly what you want for a corporate dinner and dance, launch or conference.

Next: What is the difference between an event company and an event planner?
20

What is the difference between an event company and an event planner?

In practice the terms overlap, but an event planner often refers to an individual or small team focused on coordination and logistics, while an event company (or event management company) usually brings production, creative and crew in-house and runs larger corporate events end to end. For a company D&D, launch or conference, you almost always want the latter.

Next: How far in advance should I book an event company in Singapore?
21

How far in advance should I book an event company in Singapore?

For a major event like an annual dinner and dance, conference or product launch, three to six months is comfortable, and popular companies and venues for the year-end D&D peak get booked even earlier. For smaller events you can often work to a shorter runway, but the more lead time you give, the better the venue choice, pricing and creative you will get.

Next: How do I choose the right event company for a dinner and dance or product launch?
22

How do I choose the right event company for a dinner and dance or product launch?

Match the company to the format. For dinner and dance, look at specialists like Mega Events and Bon Events with strong D&D portfolios. For a product launch, prioritise production value and a team like The Executive Group or Ooffle that can deliver a polished reveal. Then check track record at your size, in-house production, safety certification and a clear, structured quote before you commit.

Need a website that wins more event enquiries

The event companies on this list win a lot of business before a single call happens, on a website that looks as polished as the events they run. That is the part I work on. I design and build websites for businesses across Singapore, including events and experiential brands, that turn a Google search into a booked enquiry. You can see what that looks like in my Arcade Rental case study, where a sharper site helped drive a 300% traffic lift and a number-one ranking.

If your event business needs a site that pulls its weight, take a look at my web design services or get a free quote.

The bottom line

The best event company in Singapore for you depends entirely on what you are running. For a flagship corporate gala, launch or conference where you want one accountable team, I would start with The Executive Group or Ooffle. For dinner and dance, look hard at Mega Events and Bon Events. For conferences and roadshows, Eventive and 1 MICE. For award-winning, content-led production, Twist Media and Unearthed. Whichever way you lean, hire a BizSafe certified, properly insured team and brief them with a real budget.

If you run an event company, a website that looks as sharp as your work does a lot of the quiet selling for you. That is what I do at Terris. Take a look at my web design services or get a free quote if you want your event business to stand out online.

Editorial note: This guide reflects my own independent research and opinion. Company details, credentials and indicative prices were accurate at the time of writing (July 2026) but can change, so confirm scope, certification and pricing directly with each company before you engage them.
