I’ve never run Google Ads before — is that a problem?
Not at all, that’s exactly who this is built for. You don’t need to learn the platform, set anything up, or understand any of the jargon. You tell me about your business, I handle the strategy, the landing page, the campaigns and the tracking, and I explain everything in plain English as we go.
Do I need a website already?
No. Building your landing page is the first thing we do, and it’s included. Most ads fail because they point to a slow or generic page, so I design and build one that’s made to turn clicks into enquiries before we spend a single dollar on ads.
How much do I need to spend to see results?
Most Singapore SMEs see meaningful results from SGD 1,500 to 3,000 per month in ad spend, paid directly to Google. Competitive industries like renovation or aesthetics may need more. I look at your market first and recommend a budget aimed at a 3 to 5x return before you commit anything.
What do I actually get each month, and what does it cost?
One flat fee of SGD 2,000 per month covers everything: your website built and managed, plus your Google Ads set up, run, optimised and reported on. Your ad budget is separate and goes straight to Google. The flat fee applies for ad budgets up to SGD 10,000 per month; above that, management is 20% of ad spend.
How soon will I actually start getting enquiries?
Once the ads are live you can see clicks and enquiries within 24 to 48 hours. It then takes 2 to 4 weeks of data to tune bidding, copy and targeting for peak performance. We usually reach a stable cost per lead by around week three, then keep improving it from there.
What if it doesn’t work — am I locked in?
No lock-in contracts. You can pause, scale down or stop whenever you need to, and you keep everything: your website, your domain, and your Google Ads account with all of its history. The aim is to earn your business every month, not trap you in a contract.
Will I know what’s going on, or is it a black box?
You get a plain-English report every month showing leads, calls and revenue, not just clicks and impressions. You also own the ad account so you can log in any time, and you message me directly with any question, not an account manager.
Should I be doing Google Ads or SEO?
Google Ads gets you leads within days; SEO usually takes 4 to 6 months to build. The strongest approach is running ads for immediate revenue while SEO grows in the background. I offer both and use the ads data to guide the SEO, so the two channels feed each other.
