Pricing

Price your website, SEO or ads before you send an enquiry

Every number I quote is on this page. Websites, 3D pages, SEO, Google Ads, branding, support and custom builds, with what each one includes and where the line is. Where a job is genuinely sized per project, the figure here is the floor and the quote tells you what sits above it.

Prices are in Singapore dollars. Overseas clients pay the same numerals in USD. Builds are half upfront, half on sign-off. Retainers are month to month with 30 days notice.

01 / Websites

Websites built from scratch

Four ways to buy the same craft. The cheapest gets you online, the fastest gets you online in a week, and the two above them buy things you can name: a CMS you can edit yourself, a blog, e-commerce, a second language.

Starter

From $2,500

2 to 3 weeks

Everything you need to launch and nothing you do not. Custom designed, not a template with your logo dropped in.

Right for: Solopreneurs, freelancers and new startups who need to exist online properly.

  • Up to 10 pages, designed from scratch
  • Copywriting and custom AI-generated imagery
  • Contact form, WhatsApp button, Google Maps, click to call
  • On-page SEO, Analytics and Search Console set up
  • 3 rounds of design revisions, 14-day bug-fix warranty

One Week Website

$3,500

7 days

A flat price and a fixed scope, live in seven days. You drive the planning through an AI platform on days 1 and 2, I design and build the rest of the week.

Right for: A business that needed the site live last month.

  • Up to 20 pages, live in 7 days
  • AI-assisted planning platform, yours to keep
  • Copywriting and custom imagery
  • 3 rounds of revisions
  • Walk away after planning and pay nothing

No self-editable CMS, blog or e-commerce at this tier. Those start at Growth.

Most chosen

Growth

From $7,500

3 to 5 weeks

Where most businesses land. The step up from Starter buys a CMS you can edit yourself, a blog, keyword research and a Google Business profile.

Right for: SMEs upgrading from a template or a site that has stopped pulling its weight.

  • Up to 20 pages, plus micro-interactions
  • WordPress or headless CMS you can edit yourself
  • Blog with categories
  • Advanced SEO: schema, sitemap, Open Graph, keyword research
  • Google Business profile setup, GA4 and event tracking
  • 10 rounds of revisions, 30 days of support

Premium

From $10,500

5 to 8 weeks

Growth plus the things that need payment handling: a shop or a booking system, a second language, ten more pages.

Right for: Established businesses, e-commerce, anyone selling or taking bookings online.

  • Up to 30 pages, with animation and interactive elements
  • E-commerce or booking system with payments
  • Multi-language: English plus one
  • Full SEO including competitor analysis, goal funnels and conversion tracking
  • Unlimited revisions, 60 days of support, WhatsApp priority

Add to any website build

Priced as fixed additions rather than per page, because the cost sits in the work and not in the page count.

  • Extra pages

Past the page count of your tier, or added after launch.

    $350/page Learn more
  • E-commerce, added to Starter or Growth

A shop bolted onto a tier that does not include one. Premium already has it, and costs less than Growth plus this, on purpose.

    From $3,500 Learn more
  • Logo and brand basics

A logo and the few things a website needs around it. Not a full identity system, and priced accordingly.

    From $1,500 Learn more
  • Care plan

Keeps the site safe and current. Updates, security, backups and small text tweaks. It does not cover hours of content work, and I would rather say that here than have you find out when you ask.

    From $200/month Learn more
  • 3D landing page, added to a build

One code-built 3D centrepiece reacting to cursor and scroll, on a site I am already building for you. Cheaper than the standalone 3D Story because the build supplies the copy, form and hosting around it.

02 / 3D and scroll stories

3D, scroll stories and playable pages

Interactive pages, priced as fixed builds. Half upfront, half when you sign off the finished page. Start with a Story Proposal if you want to see it working before committing.

Story Proposal

$1,000

1 week

The smallest way to start. Paid upfront and credited in full against any build that follows, so if you go ahead it costs you nothing.

Right for: Anyone who wants to see it working before committing to a build.

  • One story call
  • The scroll script, chapter by chapter
  • A clay greybox running in your browser
  • Full fee credited if you go ahead

Scroll Story

$2,800

2 to 3 weeks

Layered parallax art and a scroll-scrubbed film sequence, without real-time 3D. Light, quick, works everywhere.

Right for: A launch or a campaign page that has to feel like something, on any device.

  • 4 to 6 chapters
  • Illustrated layers that move at different depths
  • One scroll-scrubbed film sequence, art directed
  • Copy written for you
  • Enquiry form and chapter tracking
Most chosen

3D Story

$4,800

3 to 5 weeks

One real-time 3D scene, built around your product. The 3D story page on this site is one, so you can scroll the thing you are buying before you buy it.

Right for: A product, a place or an idea that is easier to show moving than to describe.

  • 6 to 8 chapters
  • One 3D scene, modelled for you
  • Copy, enquiry form and chapter tracking
  • Tuned on real phones, lighter on older ones
  • 30 days of fixes after launch

Playable Room

$6,500

3 to 4 weeks

One place, one real thing to do in it, and a page you can ship.

Right for: Testing whether a walkable page suits your business before building a whole world.

  • The character, the controls and the camera
  • One place, built for what you sell
  • One thing people can do there
  • Enquiry form, and the full page underneath
  • 30 days of fixes

3D World

From $8,500

5 to 8 weeks

Several scenes, or your own files brought to life, plus the same models viewable in AR on a phone. Quoted after I see the files.

Right for: Property, furniture, devices, venues, anything with CAD or product files already.

  • Everything in 3D Story
  • Multiple scenes or a full walk-through
  • Interactive pieces: an exploded product, a room you can turn
  • Models built from your own CAD or product files
  • View in your room on iPhone and Android

Playable World

From $15,000

6 to 9 weeks

A walkable world with five places, a story that runs start to finish, and an ordinary HTML page underneath it all.

Right for: A brand that wants the website itself to be the thing people tell others about.

  • Five places, each with its own thing to do
  • A story that runs start to finish
  • Your products or spaces modelled into it
  • Tap to walk and a thumbstick, on every device
  • What each visitor did, sent with their enquiry
03 / SEO

SEO and AI search

Month to month, 30 days notice, no setup fee. Month one is foundation work and it is included rather than billed on top.

Most chosen

SEO and GEO retainer

From $2,500/month

One retainer covering both. GEO is not a separate product here: the same work that ranks a page is what gets it cited by ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews, so charging twice for it would not survive the first question about the difference.

Right for: A business that wants to be found in Google and in AI answers, and can wait.

  • Technical fixes, entity schema and internal linking
  • Intent pages written as answers, not padding
  • Google Business and directory alignment
  • A fixed prompt set re-run monthly across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and AI Overviews
  • One intent page and one article a month, or three articles
  • One report that shows what moved and what did not

Roughly 22 hours a month. Excludes paid placements, ad spend and photography. Singapore agencies price this tier at SGD 2,500 to 4,500.

04 / Google Ads

Google Ads

Management fees only. Your ad budget is paid to Google directly and is never routed through me.

05 / Branding

Branding and identity

A logo on its own and a full identity are different jobs, so they are priced as different jobs.

Most chosen

Full brand identity

From $4,500

4 to 6 weeks

The whole identity: the mark, the system around it, and the guidelines that keep it consistent after I hand it over.

  • Logo and its variants, as outlined vectors
  • Colour, type scale and spacing system
  • Brand guidelines document
  • Asset pack ready for print and screen

Logo and brand basics

From $1,500

2 to 3 weeks

A logo and the few things a website needs around it. Not a full identity system, and priced accordingly.

  • Three concept directions, then refinement rounds on the one you pick
  • Colour, mono and reversed versions, as vectors (SVG, PDF) and PNG
  • Colours and fonts chosen to go with it
  • A one-page sheet on how to use the logo
06 / Marketing

Other marketing channels

These are sized against your market and your goals, so most of them are quoted rather than listed. You get the number in the first reply, not after three meetings.

Digital marketing, multi-channel

From $3,000/month

SEO, ads and social run together as one plan instead of three suppliers each optimising their own number.

  • Channel plan and budget split
  • Execution across the channels you pick
  • One monthly report covering all of it

Social media management

From $2,200/month

Priced on how many channels, how much is filmed or designed, and how often you post. Those three move the number far more than anything else, so a list price here would be fiction.

  • Content calendar and production
  • Posting and community replies
  • Monthly performance report

One brand, two platforms. More platforms, filmed content or paid amplification are quoted on top.

Content marketing

From $1,800/month

Quoted per piece or per month, depending on how much research each article needs.

  • Topic and keyword plan
  • Writing, editing and publishing
  • Internal linking into your money pages

Single articles without a retainer start at SGD 650 each.

Email marketing

From $900/month

Setup is a one-off; sending is a retainer. Quoted together once I know your list size.

  • Platform setup and list hygiene
  • Templates built to your brand
  • Automations and campaign sends

Platform setup, templates and list migration are a one-off, from SGD 1,800. The monthly fee is the sending after that.

Conversion rate optimisation

From $2,400/month

Needs real traffic before it can honestly be sold. I will tell you if you do not have enough yet rather than take the money.

  • Analytics and funnel review
  • Prioritised list of fixes
  • Changes built and measured

Needs roughly 2,000 sessions a month before a test can tell you anything. Below that, a one-off teardown at SGD 1,200 is the honest buy.

07 / Support

Looking after a site that already exists

Two different things, often confused. The care plan keeps a site safe and current. A retainer buys hours of actual work on it each month. If you need content changed regularly, you want the second one.

Care plan

From $200/month

Keeps the site safe and current. Updates, security, backups and small text tweaks. It does not cover hours of content work, and I would rather say that here than have you find out when you ask.

  • CMS, plugin and theme updates
  • Security monitoring and daily backups
  • Uptime monitoring
  • Small text tweaks

Hosting and plugin licences stay on your own account, typically SGD 10 to 30 a month.

Content retainer, 5 hours a month

$550/month

Real hours of work each month on top of the care plan items. Text and image updates, editing pages, swapping promos and banners, minor layout changes, troubleshooting.

  • 5 hours a month, SGD 110 an hour
  • Core, plugin, backup and security work included
  • Unused hours roll over one month
  • Month to month, 30 days notice
Most chosen

Content retainer, 10 hours a month

$950/month

The same thing with room to actually change the site each month.

  • 10 hours a month, SGD 95 an hour
  • Core, plugin, backup and security work included
  • Unused hours roll over one month
  • Month to month, 30 days notice

Hours beyond a retainer

$120/hour

When a month runs long. Still cheaper than ad hoc, which is the point of committing.

  • Billed in the month it is used
Quoted in your reply Enquire

Ad hoc, no commitment

$150/hour

No retainer, no minimum. Booked in 30-minute blocks when something needs doing.

  • 30-minute blocks
  • Reply within a few hours on working days
Quoted in your reply Enquire

One-off fix and configure

From $850

A broken checkout, a form that stopped sending, responsiveness that fell apart. Quoted per job once I have looked, with the predictable work at a true fixed price and anything open-ended as a capped block against an agreed list.

  • Sized at SGD 110 to 150 an hour
  • Fixed price for the known work
  • A cap you agree before I start on the rest
08 / Custom builds

Apps, integrations and anything custom

Priced in hours at SGD 110 to 150 an hour, then quoted as one fixed number with the optional extras priced separately. I look at what your site already runs before quoting, because the plugins you have usually decide whether a feature is cheap or a rebuild.

Custom web application

From $12,000

Anything with a login, a dashboard, roles or a database behind it. No tier covers this honestly, so it is sized properly or not quoted.

  • Scoped in hours at SGD 110 to 150
  • One fixed number, extras priced separately
  • A smaller first phase offered where it splits cleanly

Dev shops quote SGD 20,000 to 50,000 for the same MVP because four people bill their part of it.

AI apps, chatbots and automation

From $6,500

A chatbot on your own content, a workflow that runs itself, a model wired into the tools you already use.

  • Scoped against what your stack already does
  • Fixed price per phase
  • Running costs quoted separately and honestly

Model and hosting costs are yours and are quoted separately, usually SGD 30 to 200 a month.

Features on a site I did not build

From $2,500

An integration, a login-gated form, a bot. I look at your actual plugin stack first, because what is already installed usually decides whether this is cheap or a rebuild.

  • Sized in hours at SGD 110 to 150
  • Quoted as one number with optional extras listed
  • A smaller first step that splits the total in two

Large catalogue or multi-vendor e-commerce

From $15,000

Marketplaces, subscriptions, deposits, memberships. These look like brochure sites from the outside and are not.

  • Scoped against your catalogue and payment flow
  • Fixed price once the flow is agreed
Why quotes differ

What actually moves the number

Four things decide where in a range you land. None of them is how big your company is, and none of them is how much you seem able to pay.

How many pages, and how different each one is

Ten pages that share a layout cost less than six that each need their own. Extra pages past your tier are SGD 350 each.

What you already have

Logo, photos, written copy, a product list. Every one of those you bring is work I do not have to do. If you have none, that is normal and it is already in the price.

Whether money changes hands on the site

Payments, bookings and stock are the single biggest jump in a quote. A brochure site and a shop are different jobs wearing the same clothes.

How fast you need it

Seven days is a product with its own fixed price, not a rush fee on a normal build. Everything else runs at the timeline on the card.

Terms

How paying works

Builds are split in two

Half to start, half when you sign off the finished site. On the One Week Website that is SGD 1,750 and SGD 1,750, and if you walk away after the planning days you pay nothing.

Retainers are month to month

Thirty days notice, no minimum commitment, no setup fee. Month one is foundation work and it is included rather than billed on top.

You approve before anything goes live

Nothing is published until you have seen it. Builds carry a bug-fix warranty afterwards, 14 days on Starter and up to 60 on Premium.

One person, start to finish

The person who quotes you is the person who designs it, builds it and answers the WhatsApp two months later. That is why these numbers sit under agency rates for the same scope.

Honest limits

What a tier price does not cover

If your project is one of these, a package number would be a guess that falls apart in week three. Send it to me and you get a real quote instead.

Anything with a login

Memberships, client dashboards, portals. The page count stops being the thing that drives the cost, so a tier price would be a guess.

Recurring or subscription billing

Taking a card once is a package feature. Taking it every month, handling failures and letting people cancel is a different build.

Marketplaces and large catalogues

Multi-vendor, thousands of SKUs, or bookings that take deposits. These look like brochure sites from the outside and are not.

Hosting, domains and plugin licences

These stay on your own account, typically SGD 10 to 30 a month. I set them up and leave them in your name so you are never locked to me.

Custom work is sized in hours at SGD 110 to 150 and quoted as one fixed number, with the optional extras priced separately so you see a ladder instead of one intimidating total. Custom applications →

FAQ

Pricing questions, answered straight

How much does a website cost in Singapore?
Mid-tier agencies here quote SGD 5,000 to 25,000 for a custom small business site, small agencies SGD 3,000 to 12,000, and template shops advertise under SGD 1,000. My own range is SGD 2,500 to 10,500 depending on page count and whether you are selling or taking bookings, with a fixed SGD 3,500 option that goes live in seven days. I sit under agency rates without sitting at the bottom of the market, because there is no account manager, no project coordinator and no office in the number, but there is still a senior designer doing the work.
Why is there a SGD 3,500 fixed site and a SGD 7,500 one?
Speed versus control. The One Week Website is a fixed scope built in seven days, with up to 20 pages, and you cannot edit it yourself afterwards. Growth takes three to five weeks and buys you a CMS you can log into and change, a blog with categories, keyword research and a Google Business profile. If you will never touch the site yourself, the cheaper one is genuinely the better buy and I will say so.
What is not included in the price?
Hosting, domain and any paid plugin licences stay on your own account, typically SGD 10 to 30 a month. Ad budget is paid to Google directly. Paid placements, stock photography and print work are quoted separately. Everything else that makes the site work, including copywriting and custom imagery, is in the number on the card.
Is custom photography included, or do I need to supply photos?
Custom imagery is generated with AI and art directed to your brand colours and mood, and it is included in every package. Most new businesses have no usable photography and stock libraries make every competitor look identical. When you later have real photos, they replace the generated set.
How much does SEO cost in Singapore and when does it pay back?
From SGD 2,500 a month, month to month. Singapore agencies run SGD 1,200 to 2,000 for a starter retainer and SGD 2,500 to 4,500 for the tier that actually moves competitive terms, which is the one I am pricing at its floor. It buys roughly 22 hours: one intent page and one article, or three articles, plus technical work, schema, listings upkeep, the AI prompt set re-run and a report. Expect movement on long-tail terms in two to three months and on competitive head terms in six or more. Anyone promising page one in 30 days is either targeting terms nobody searches or lying.
Do you charge a percentage of my ad spend?
Only above SGD 10,000 a month. Below that it is a flat SGD 2,500 a month covering both your website and your Google Ads, so the fee does not quietly grow every time you scale your budget. Most agencies here take 15 to 20 per cent of spend or SGD 1,500 to 5,000 flat, and neither of those builds you the site the ads point at. Above SGD 10,000 it becomes 20 per cent of spend. Your ad budget is always paid straight to Google and never routed through me.
My budget is lower than your prices. Is there any point asking?
Yes. Tell me the number. I would rather quote a smaller first phase that fits your budget than lose the job over a figure, and most projects split cleanly into something that goes live now and something that follows. What I will not do is quote the full scope at a lower price and then cut corners you did not agree to.
Do you work with clients outside Singapore?
Yes, and the numerals are the same, charged in USD rather than SGD. Overseas projects run on PayPal or bank transfer, still half upfront and half on sign-off. The 3D story pages have a dedicated US page with the USD figures on it.
Can I see what I would actually pay before contacting you?
That is what this page is for, and the free quote tool goes further: answer a few questions about your project and it gives you a range with the assumptions it used, before any conversation.
