Unlimited works brilliantly for one type of customer and badly for another. If you will attend fifteen or twenty sessions in a year, S$218 for underarms is dramatically better than paying per session. If you will go four times because life got busy, you have paid roughly S$55 a visit, which is the standard rate anyway, for the privilege of feeling guilty about it.
So be honest about your own attendance before you sign. Look at how often you have kept up any repeating appointment over the last year, and price the plan against that number rather than against your intentions.

Promotional pricing at this level is designed to get you through the door, and the business model assumes you will add areas, extend, or upgrade once you are a customer.
