11 Best Event Management Companies Singapore (October 2026)
Event management company Singapore guide: 11 full-service firms for conferences, galas and launches, with award records, fees and the permits to ask about.
This guide is part of Terris Recommends, my researched, hands-on picks of the best local businesses and services in Singapore. Every recommendation is researched and ranked by me.
See all recommendationsAn event management company in Singapore is who you call when the event is too big to run from your own desk. A 600-person conference with a minister in the front row. A regional sales kick-off over three days. A D&D where the CEO wants the stage to look like a concert. You hand over the brief and a budget, and one firm owns everything from the venue contract to the moment the house lights go down.
For this guide I went through the companies that come up most when you search for event management here, then checked what they claim against things they can't write themselves: the Marketing Events Awards winners lists from 2024 to 2026, SACEOS's register of sustainability-certified firms, dated case studies, and the clients and projects named on their own sites. A few firms that rank well on Google didn't make it. One website hasn't been updated since about 2020, and another belongs to a Malaysian agency with no Singapore number.
If you're not sure you need a full management firm yet, my guide to the best event companies and event planners in Singapore covers the smaller planners and organisers too. For one format, I have separate guides to conference and MICE organisers, gala dinners and awards nights, dinner and dance and event production and AV.
An event management company plans and runs a whole event for you. It writes the concept and budget, books the venue, hires and manages every supplier, handles production, permits and registration, and then runs the show on the day with its own crew and a producer calling cues. You deal with one firm and one invoice structure instead of a dozen vendors.
That's the top rung of a ladder, and plenty of events don't need it. Here's who does what:
| Who you hire | What they own | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| The venue's events team | The room, F&B and the in-house AV | A seminar or a D&D that fits inside one hotel package |
| An event planner or organiser | Theme, suppliers, run-of-show and coordination on the day | Mid-size D&Ds, family days, private parties |
| An event management company | All of that, plus production, crew, permits, registration, contingency and the budget | Conferences, launches, public and government events, anything with a few hundred guests and a lot at stake |
| A production or AV house | Staging, sound, lighting, LED and show crew | When you already have a planner and need the technical show |
The difference shows up when something goes wrong. A planner will find you a replacement emcee. A management company already has a backup emcee on the call sheet, a second generator on the truck and someone who knows which SCDF officer approved the stage. If your event is closer to the first row of that table, my event venues guide or my event companies and planners guide is the better place to start.
The work leans large and public. Besides Navy@Vivo there's Singapore HeritageFest 2025, Purple Parade 2024, JTC's presence at the Singapore Airshow 2026 and an ATxInspire session with Bill Gates in 2025. It also designs and builds exhibition booths, so one team can run a conference and the stand on its show floor. Clients on its site include NCS, UOB, IMDA, Sentosa and Honda.
It's one of the firms holding the Singapore MICE Sustainability Certification at Silver tier, which SACEOS lists publicly. That's worth knowing if your company has to report the carbon cost of its events.
- Best known for
- Award-winning public, government and brand events, plus exhibition booths
- Location

- Recognition
- 9 Marketing Events Awards medals (2025 and 2026), MICE Sustainability Certification (Silver)

Events are one arm of a bigger design and build business that also does museums, attractions and retail interiors. It built the Singapore Pavilion for STB at Expo 2025 Osaka, and on the events side its LazMall Brands Future Forum 2023 won Silver for Best Virtual Event and Bronze for Best Hybrid Event at the 2024 Marketing Events Awards. It says it holds ISO 20121, the international standard for sustainable event management, along with bizSAFE Star and a GeBIZ registration.
The trade-off is size. A 200-person staff dinner isn't what Kingsmen is built for, and a smaller firm will give it more attention.
- Best known for
- Exhibitions, pavilions and fabrication-heavy brand events
- Location
- 22 Changi Business Park Central 2
- Track record
- Since 1976, SGX-listed since 2003, about 1,300 staff
- Website

Its client list mixes brands and government: Amazon, Samsung and Netflix alongside IMDA, GovTech and MAS. The range covers galas, award ceremonies, conferences, exhibitions, hybrid events and outdoor carnivals, so it suits a company that wants one firm for its whole events calendar rather than a different agency for each format.
- Best known for
- Premium corporate and government events across every format
- Location
- 100 Pasir Panjang Road
- Track record
- 1,000+ events, Marketing Events Awards from 2017 to 2025
- Website

It covers conferences, launches, PR events, activations and hybrid shows, with AV and video in the same shop. Named projects include the ASEAN Defence Ministers' Conference, TikTok's Agency Upfront 2023 and a Bloomberg Businessweek forum. Its case studies sit behind a password, so ask for the ones closest to your brief when you meet.
Don't mix it up with the UK's Live Group, which opened its own Singapore office in 2023. They're different companies, so check the domain before you send a brief.
- Best known for
- MNC and tech-brand conferences and launches
- Location
- 6001 Beach Road
- Track record
- Since 2000, 1,200+ events
- Website
- thelivegroup.com
It has been running since 2015 and says it has delivered more than 5,200 events, the biggest for 55,000 people. It owns its own AV, warehouses and vehicles and runs an in-house livestream studio, so less of your event rests on hired-in kit. Recent work includes MOH's D&D in 2025 and SCDF's family day at Universal Studios Singapore in 2026.
Its site shows the bizSAFE Level 3 and Progressive Wage Mark logos. For a ministry or a stat board that has to check a vendor's safety and wage credentials before awarding a contract, that saves a round of paperwork.
- Best known for
- Government events, D&Ds and conferences with in-house AV
- Location
- 46 Lorong 17 Geylang, Enterprise Industrial Building
- Track record
- Since 2015, 5,200+ events by its own count

The firm works in three phases: research, creative and permits first, then event-day production and AV, then the post-event video. That last part matters more than people expect, because the recap film is what the event lives on as. UPGroup Asia's Singapore site lists the same phone number, and between the two the work includes the Global Sustainable Tourism Council's 2024 conference in Singapore and STB's Tourism Industry Conference 2023.
- Best known for
- Public events, placemaking and government conferences, with in-house video
- Location
- 151 Chin Swee Road, Manhattan House
- Recognition
- 4 Marketing Events Awards medals in 2024, two of them Gold
- Website

Founded in 2012, it says it has run more than 1,000 events in 11 countries, for clients including Meta, Samsung, Singapore Airlines, MINDEF and UOB. Recent projects named on its site are MSIG's Partners' Day and an ST Engineering keel-laying ceremony in 2026, and the W.Media APAC Cloud & Datacenter Awards in 2025. That spread, from an awards night to a ceremony in a shipyard, is what you want from a firm you'll use more than once a year.
- Best known for
- Conferences, town halls and corporate ceremonies
- Location
- 165 Bukit Merah Central
- Track record
- Since 2012, 1,000+ events in 11 countries by its own count

It has run conferences, C-suite meetings and product launches since 2010 and calls itself boutique, which is the point. A tech marketing team gets senior people on the account instead of a junior coordinator. In February 2026 it announced a partnership with UPGroup Asia to take on bigger enterprise events across Asia Pacific.
Its own website hasn't been refreshed since about 2019, so judge it on the award record and ask for recent case studies.
- Best known for
- B2B tech conferences, launches and C-suite events
- Location
- 45 Jalan Pemimpin, Foo Wah Industrial Building
- Recognition
- 5 Marketing Events Awards medals for Google events (2024 to 2026)
- Website

It has been running since 2012 and has passed 1,000 events, for clients including Adidas, McKinsey, Grand Hyatt and Hilton. Galas, launches, conferences and exhibitions across Singapore and Southeast Asia are its core. For a flagship annual dinner or a regional launch that has to scale, it's a safe pair of hands.
- Best known for
- Galas, launches and conferences with in-house production
- Location
- 8 Jalan Kilang Timor, Kewalram House
- Track record
- 1,000+ events since 2012, 45-person in-house team

Its launch of the new Porsche 911 for Porsche Asia Pacific won three Marketing Events Awards in 2020, Silver for Best Product Launch among them. The in-house team is about 20 people, which suits a maison that wants the same faces at every event. Its site also mentions ISO 20121 and an EcoVadis rating, but names the EcoVadis medal two different ways, so ask to see the certificates if sustainability is part of your brief.
- Best known for
- Luxury maison and automotive events
- Location
- 150 Changi Road, Guthrie Building
- Recognition
- 3 Marketing Events Awards medals in 2020 (Porsche 911 launch)
- Website
- visionnaire.com.sg
Clients include L'Oréal Travel Retail, Maersk, AbbVie, Pfizer and Tourism Australia. It started in 2011, and its site shows a four-person team, which is honest about what you're buying: the people you meet are the people who run your event. If you need a Singapore firm to take a regional congress to another country, it's one of the smaller ones with recent proof that it can.
- Best known for
- Galas, embassy and association events, overseas congresses
- Location
- 45 Jalan Pemimpin, Foo Wah Industrial Building
- Track record
- Since 2011, National Gallery gala and APREA Tokyo congress in 2024

Here are all eleven side by side, with the proof I could check for each. Most run several formats, so match the strength to your event rather than reading the order as a strict ranking.
| Company | Best for | Proof I checked |
|---|---|---|
| Knoxx | Public, government and brand events | 9 Marketing Events Awards medals, 2025 and 2026 |
| Kingsmen | Exhibitions, pavilions, big builds | SGX-listed since 2003, Expo 2025 Osaka pavilion |
| Twist Media | Premium corporate and government events | 1,000+ events, awards from 2017 to 2025 |
| The Live Group | MNC and tech conferences, launches | Since 2000, TikTok, Meta and Bloomberg work |
| Se7en Friday | Government events and D&Ds | NDP 2026 show-calling, ministry client list |
| Unearthed Productions | Public events and placemaking | 4 medals in 2024 for Orchard Road and Artbox |
| Dream Station | Conferences and corporate ceremonies | Named 2025 and 2026 projects, 11 countries |
| The MasterPlan | B2B tech conferences | 5 medals for Google events, 2024 to 2026 |
| The Executive Group | Galas and launches | 45-person in-house production team |
| Visionnaire | Luxury and automotive | 3 medals in 2020 for the Porsche 911 launch |
| Dynamite Productions | Galas and overseas congresses | National Gallery gala and Tokyo congress, 2024 |
Event management companies in Singapore usually charge a management fee of about 10 to 20% of the total event budget, or a flat project fee somewhere between S$2,000 and S$20,000 depending on scope. That fee sits on top of the venue, F&B, production and talent, which are the bulk of the bill. Those are the ranges agencies publish, so treat them as a guide and get a real quote.
For the event as a whole, these are the all-in ranges I use across my events guides:
| Event | Typical all-in budget |
|---|---|
| Dinner and dance for about 200 guests | S$40,000 to S$80,000 |
| Corporate gala or awards night | From about S$30,000, often six figures |
| Product launch | S$20,000 to S$50,000 for a polished corporate launch |
| One-day conference for a few hundred delegates | Upper five figures and up |
| Corporate family day | Low thousands to five figures, by headcount and stations |
The thing to check is where the firm makes its money. Some charge a visible management fee and pass suppliers through at cost. Others show no fee and add a margin to every supplier line. Both are fine, but you can only compare two quotes once you know which model each one uses, so ask.
If you're looking to hire an event management company here, these are the checks that separated the firms above from the ones I left out.
- Proof someone else wrote. Every agency says it's award-winning. The Marketing Events Awards publish their winners by year, so you can check a claim in two minutes. Dated case studies with a named client count too. A portfolio that stops in 2019 doesn't.
- Who holds the permits. Under the Fire Safety Act, putting up structures for an exhibition, trade fair, carnival or stage show needs an SCDF Temporary Change of Use permit (S$60, about three working days). Entertainment that the public can get into may need a Public Entertainment Licence from the police, which takes about three weeks, and running without one can mean a fine of up to S$20,000. Ask which permits your event needs and who files them.
- Safety you can verify. I want a bizSAFE certified firm with liability cover, because crews rig lighting and run power over the heads of your guests. Rides and inflatables need their own approvals: in November 2025 a carnival company was fined S$55,000 for twice running amusement rides without a BCA permit, the second time at a ministry event at Gardens by the Bay.
- Who's calling the show. Ask for the name of the producer who'll be on headset on the night, and whether they're staff or freelance. The best firms put that person in your first meeting.
- In-house versus hired-in. Firms that own their AV, staging and crew control timing better. Firms that hire in can be cheaper and more flexible. Either works, as long as you know which you're getting.
One more for conferences and incentive trips: if your event brings business into Singapore, look at STB's Business Events in Singapore (BEiS) scheme before you sign anything. It only funds projects that haven't started, and STB counts a called tender, a payment or a signed supplier contract as started.
I started from the event management companies that rank on Google for the term and on the competing lists, then checked each one against sources it doesn't control: the Marketing Events Awards winners pages for 2024, 2025 and 2026 (and 2020 for Visionnaire), SACEOS's sustainability register, company registration dates, and the dated projects and named clients on each site. Where a firm's own numbers disagreed with each other, I either left the number out or said whose count it is.
I left out firms whose websites had stopped updating years ago and a Malaysian agency with no Singapore phone line. I update this list when my view changes or a firm's record does.
Event planning and event management overlap, and in Singapore most firms sell both. Planning is the work before the day: concept, budget, venue, suppliers and the run-of-show. Management covers that and the execution, meaning crew, production, permits, contingencies and calling the show live. A planner can hand you a great plan. A management company is also accountable for it happening.
For a staff D&D or a family day, a good planner is often enough, and my event companies and planners guide covers those. For a conference, a public event or anything with a minister or a CEO on stage, pay for management.
A corporate event in Singapore needs permits when it builds structures or offers entertainment the public can access. SCDF's Temporary Change of Use permit covers structures for exhibitions, trade fairs, carnivals and stage shows, and the police's Public Entertainment Licence covers public entertainment unless an exemption applies. Your event management company should tell you which apply and file them.
The SCDF permit costs S$60 and takes about three working days. The police licence takes about three weeks, so it sets your earliest safe date for anything ticketed or open to the public. Outdoor structures, food stalls and rides each bring their own approvals too. GoBusiness runs an e-Adviser for Events that lists what a given event needs, and a good firm will have already been through it for you.
A good brief for an event management company fits on one page: the date window, the headcount, a budget range, the one thing the event has to achieve, the must-haves (a minister, a product reveal, a livestream), who signs off, and what went wrong last time. Firms quote far more accurately from that than from "we want something memorable".
Send the same brief to three firms at most. More than that and the good ones may decline to pitch, because a full creative proposal costs them days of work. Ask each for a budget breakdown by line, the name of the producer, and one past event of your size and type.
Yes. Several Singapore event management companies run events across Asia and further, and it's common for regional conferences and incentive trips. On this list, Knoxx says it has worked in nearly 40 cities, Dream Station in 11 countries and The Live Group has a network across 10 cities, and Dynamite Productions ran the APREA Leaders Congress in Tokyo in 2024.
Ask how they handle the ground: whether they have their own people in that country or a local partner, who carries the supplier contracts, and which currency you'll be invoiced in. For an incentive trip, also ask who arranges flights and visas, because some firms stop at the event itself.
Yes, for business events. The Singapore Tourism Board's Business Events in Singapore (BEiS) scheme supports the MICE industry, meaning businesses and associations hosting conventions, corporate meetings, exhibitions, incentive trips and trade conferences in Singapore. It doesn't cover an internal staff party, and it won't fund a project that has already started.
That last rule catches people out. STB treats a project as started once a tender is called, a supplier is paid or a contract is signed, so talk to the Singapore Exhibition & Convention Bureau before you appoint your event management company, not after. A firm that runs regional conferences should raise this with you unprompted.
A management company brings most of these in for you, but it helps to know who's good when you check their quote or book one piece yourself. My guides cover event venues, catering, LED screen rental, tentage, special effects, live bands and DJs, corporate photographers, video production, signage, corporate gifts and chauffeured cars for VIP transfers. For the parts of an event that are really about the team, see my team building companies and family day guides.
Every firm on this list is chosen, in the end, by someone in procurement or marketing reading its website late at night. A site that shows dated work, named clients and a clear way to send a brief does a lot of selling before the first call. That's what I build. I've written about what an events company website needs, and you can see my web design services or get a free quote.
The bottom line
The best event management company in Singapore for you is the one whose proof matches your event. For award-winning public and government work, start with Knoxx, Unearthed Productions or Se7en Friday. For an exhibition or a big build, Kingsmen. For tech and B2B conferences, The MasterPlan or The Live Group, and Dream Station for a delegate-heavy programme. For a premium gala or launch, Twist Media or The Executive Group, and Visionnaire when the guests are luxury clients. Whoever you pick, ask who files the permits, who calls the show and how the fee is built.
If your event is smaller than this, my guide to the best event companies and event planners in Singapore has the planners and organisers who suit a staff D&D, a family day or a private party.
Editorial note: This guide reflects my own research and opinion. Company details, awards and indicative prices were accurate at the time of writing (October 2026) but can change, so confirm scope, credentials and pricing directly with each company before you engage them.
