Titanium Limousines
Featured PickMy top pick on this list: every car has a published fixed rate, from a $70 airport departure in a Toyota Noah up to a Mercedes S-Class, with tolls and parking included and flights tracked for you. Founded in 2012 by a former limousine chauffeur.

Most people searching for a limousine service in Singapore don't want a stretch limo. They want a clean Mercedes or a Toyota Alphard, a chauffeur who's already at Changi when the plane lands, and a price they knew before they booked. That's what the word means here now, and it's what this guide ranks.
For this guide I went through the fleets and rate cards of the limousine companies that come up most when you search for one. Then I checked each company's Google rating on Google Maps and what it says about its drivers' licences. I kept eight that publish real prices or run a fleet big enough to matter, and dropped the ones with no reviews, no address, or a WhatsApp button that opened a different number from the one on the page.
If you need a wedding car with ribbons and a red carpet, my wedding car rental guide covers that. If you'd rather drive yourself, see my car rental guide. This one is for airport transfers, hourly hire, corporate roadshows and getting a group across town in one car. If all you need is a ride from Changi, my airport transfer guide compares the cheaper ways in as well.
A limousine service in Singapore is a chauffeured private hire car that you book ahead at a fixed price, rather than one you flag down or hail on an app. The car is usually a Mercedes E-Class or S-Class, a Toyota Alphard or Vellfire, a Mercedes V-Class, or a 9 to 13-seat Toyota HiAce for groups. Stretch limousines still exist, but few companies list one any more.
Because it's a private hire car, LTA's rules apply. The chauffeur needs a vocational licence, the car carries LTA's private hire decals, and an airport pickup happens at Changi's designated pick-up points, not at the kerb. Most of what separates a good limo company from a bad one comes down to time, though: whether it tracks your flight, how long it waits for free, and what it charges after 11pm.
Titanium Limousines is the one I'd book first for an airport run, because it publishes a fixed price for every car it runs. An airport arrival is $90 in a Mercedes E-Class or a Toyota Alphard, $95 in a seven-seat Mercedes V-Class and $210 in an S-Class, and its airport rates include tolls and parking.
The fleet runs from a Toyota Noah or Camry, $70 for an airport departure, up to a 13-seat minibus, so one company can take a solo executive, a family with five suitcases or a whole team. Chauffeurs track your flight and move the pickup if it lands early or late, then wait for you with an iPad showing your name. Hourly hire starts at $60 an hour with a three-hour minimum. It runs 24 hours, with a $15 surcharge between 11pm and 7am.
The company was founded in 2012 by Mr Shah, who drove for another limousine operator before buying his first car with his mother's savings. It works from International Plaza on Anson Road and holds 4.7 stars across 35 Google reviews, fewer reviews than some names below. For an airport run, its rate card is what I'd want in hand before I book.

Website: titaniumlimousines.com.sg
Location: 10 Anson Road, #23-02A International Plaza
Google Rating: 4.7 (35 reviews)
Best known for: Published fixed rates on every car, from a sedan to a 13-seat minibus
Its rate card also has one of the cheapest sedan arrivals I found, $65 in a Mercedes E-Class. The fleet adds a V-Class, a six-seat MPV and 9 and 13-seat Toyota HiAce vans. S3 also runs city tours and a maxicab that takes bicycles, which few companies here offer. On an arrival you can ask for a meet and greet inside the hall or a driveway pickup.
Its office is at Paya Lebar Square, by appointment only, and most bookings run on WhatsApp. The five-star badges on its own site carry no source, so the Google profile is the number to trust.
- Best known for
- The most-reviewed limo company here, with Alphard arrivals from $80

For everyone else there are E-Class arrivals from $85, a V-Class, Toyota MPVs, a 13-seater and a tour bus. The small print is clear: 60 minutes of free waiting on airport arrivals and 15 minutes on other trips, a $20 surcharge between 11pm and 7am, and $25 for an infant seat.
K.5 has run since 2018 from The Arcade at Collyer Quay and says it won an SME 500 award in 2025. It holds 5.0 stars across 39 Google reviews.
- Best known for
- The newest Mercedes S-Class (W223) for VIP transfers
- Location
- 11 Collyer Quay, #11-06 The Arcade
- Google Rating
- 5.0 (39 reviews)

It's also the most explicit on paper. Its site says every driver holds a PDVL, LTA's private hire driver's licence, and every car is insured for private hire use, which are the two things I'd ask any limo company to confirm. Hourly hire starts from $65 an hour, with 60 minutes of free waiting on airport arrivals and 15 minutes on other pickups.
It's run from Centropod@Changi on Changi Road, by appointment, and it does weddings and day hire too. Its site mentions a late-night surcharge without giving the amount, so ask for it in the quote.
- Best known for
- CIP and Seletar arrivals, with every driver holding a PDVL
- Location
- Centropod@Changi, 80 Changi Road, #02-69 (by appointment)

Its airport transfers are flight-tracked with a meet and greet, and it runs multi-car fleets for conferences and events. The company behind it, Prime Corporate Travel Company, also holds a travel agent licence from the Singapore Tourism Board, and says it has completed more than 13,000 trips in eight years.
It doesn't publish prices, so you'll need a quote. For a company with regular trips, the account and the single invoice matter more than a rate card anyway. It's based at The Spire in Bukit Batok.
- Best known for
- Corporate accounts across six Southeast Asian cities
- Location

The details are good. The first 45 minutes after your flight lands are free, the late-night surcharge is $15 a trip or an hour, and it does cruise centre transfers and private tours. For a wedding it charges its normal rates, plus $240 to dress the car the night before.
Two things to know. Its phone line is staffed on weekdays from 9am to 6pm, so book ahead rather than at midnight. And it has no Google profile of its own: the Sixt reviews in Singapore are for its car rental counters, so I haven't given it a rating.
- Best known for
- A global brand with published per-hour rates
- Location
- Island-wide, booked online or by phone
- Google Rating
- No separate limousine profile
- Website
- limousine.sixt.com.sg
At Changi it meets guests in the arrival hall, the CIP terminal or the VIP terminal, and it covers Seletar for private jets. Corporate clients get a dedicated account manager. If you're moving a conference between hotels and a venue, it's the one with the buses as well as the cars.
It doesn't publish fares, and I couldn't find a Google profile for the limousine service on its own, so there's no rating here. Its own site says WhatsApp gets the quickest reply.
- Best known for
- Hotel limousine counters and a 2,000-vehicle group fleet
- Location
- 5 Benoi Place, with counters at Marina Bay Sands, Resorts World Sentosa and Mandai
- Google Rating
- No separate limousine profile
- Website
- luxprime.com.sg
The fleet covers E-Class and S-Class sedans, a Noah or Voxy, Alphards and Vellfires, a V-Class and a 13-seat HiAce. It does monthly chauffeur arrangements as well as weddings, corporate and MICE work, and runs Changi transfers from all four terminals around the clock.
Check the quote line by line. Its rate card says ERP is included while its FAQ says ERP is charged separately, so ask which applies to your trip. It's based on Anchorvale Road in Sengkang.
- Best known for
- Alphard hire with a two-hour minimum and a $600 ten-hour day
- Location
- 310A Anchorvale Road, Sengkang
- Google Rating
- 5.0 (16 reviews)

These ranges come from the rate cards the companies above publish, checked in October 2026. Prices are per car, not per person.
| Service | Typical price | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| Airport transfer, sedan or MPV | $65 to $95 | E-Class, Alphard or V-Class. An arrival usually costs about $10 more than a departure |
| Airport transfer, Mercedes S-Class | $180 to $210 | Sixt $180, K.5 $200, Titanium $210 |
| Hourly hire, sedan or MPV | $60 to $90 an hour | Usually a two to three-hour minimum |
| Hourly hire, Mercedes S-Class | $180 to $190 an hour | K.5 asks for four hours minimum |
| Full day | About $600 for 10 hours | Elite Lux, in an Alphard |
| Late-night surcharge | $15 to $20 | Between 11pm and 7am, per trip or per hour |
| Wedding car dressing | $240 | Sixt, done the night before |
Watch for two things on a quote: whether ERP, tolls and parking are in the price, and how long the free waiting time is. A delayed flight with 15 minutes of free waiting gets expensive quickly.
If you're looking to hire a limousine in Singapore for the first time, these are the things I check before I pay a deposit.
- A licensed chauffeur. A chauffeured private hire car has to be driven by someone holding LTA's Private Hire Car Driver's Vocational Licence (PDVL), or a taxi driver's licence, which covers private hire cars too. LTA also requires the car's owner to carry adequate motor insurance for private hire. Ask about both.
- The decals. A chauffeured private hire car gets a pair of tamper-evident decals on the front and back windscreens, and they're checked at every inspection (LTA's private hire car FAQ). A car carrying paying passengers without them is a red flag.
- A rate card with the extras on it. Free waiting time on arrivals (45 to 60 minutes is normal), the late-night surcharge, child seats, and whether ERP, tolls and parking are included.
- Flight tracking. The chauffeur should be watching your flight and moving the pickup, not waiting for you to message from the baggage belt.
- A straight answer on Malaysia. LTA limits paid cross-border trips to licensed Singapore and Malaysia-registered taxis, and doesn't allow private hire cars to do them. Several limousine companies still sell JB and KL trips, so ask which vehicle and licence your trip runs on.
At Changi, chauffeurs can't park or wait at the kerb. Changi's designated pick-up points are at Basement 1 in Terminals 1 and 3 and on Level 1 in Terminals 2 and 4, so a good company tells you which door before you land, or meets you inside the arrival hall.
I started from the limousine companies that come up most in Google results and in the lists already ranking for this search, then read each company's own fleet and rates pages. I checked every Google rating on Google Maps myself on 27 October 2026, and only quote one where the profile clearly belongs to the company. Ratings shown on a company's own site don't count.
I dropped companies with no Google reviews, one whose WhatsApp button opened a different number from the one it displayed, and a taxi operator, since a taxi isn't what most people mean by a limo. I'll update the list when the rates change.
A limousine service in Singapore costs $65 to $95 for an airport transfer in a Mercedes E-Class, Toyota Alphard or V-Class, and $180 to $210 in a Mercedes S-Class. Hourly hire runs $60 to $90 an hour for a sedan or MPV, usually with a two to three-hour minimum, and $180 to $190 an hour for an S-Class.
Most companies add $15 to $20 between 11pm and 7am. A full day works out cheaper by the hour: Elite Lux charges $600 for ten hours in an Alphard.
A limousine picks you up at Changi's designated pick-up points, not at the kerb: Basement 1 at Terminals 1 and 3, and Level 1 at Terminals 2 and 4 (Doors 1 to 3 at Terminal 4). Changi doesn't let drivers park or wait at the arrival kerbside.
If you booked a meet and greet, the chauffeur waits inside the arrival hall with your name and walks you to the car. Most companies give 45 to 60 minutes of free waiting after landing.
Not in a Singapore private hire car. LTA says paid cross-border trips between Singapore and Malaysia are limited to licensed Singapore-registered and Malaysia-registered taxis, and private hire cars aren't allowed to provide them.
Several limousine companies here still advertise JB, KL and Genting trips, so ask which vehicle and licence your trip runs on before you pay. A licensed cross-border taxi is the option LTA names.
Yes. A chauffeur driving a private hire car in Singapore needs LTA's Private Hire Car Driver's Vocational Licence (PDVL), or a taxi driver's vocational licence, which covers private hire cars as well. LTA issues them only to Singapore Citizens aged 30 and above who have held a Class 3 or 3A licence for more than a year, and each lasts three years.
It's a fair question to put to any limousine company, and the good ones answer it on their own site.
In Singapore, mostly yes. Both mean a car with a professional driver, booked ahead at a price you agree before the trip. People tend to say limousine when they mean the car, a Mercedes or an Alphard, and chauffeur service when they want the driver for a few hours or a whole day.
Six of the eight companies on this list publish an hourly rate, and you'll find each one in the comparison table above. The same LTA rules cover both kinds of booking: the driver needs a vocational licence and the car carries private hire decals.
Book a Toyota Alphard or Vellfire if you have more than two large suitcases or more than three passengers, and a Mercedes E-Class or S-Class if it's one or two people travelling light. At Titanium Limousines, for example, an Alphard takes five people with three large and two medium cases, an E-Class takes three people with two large cases, and both cost $90 for an arrival.
For six or seven people, look at a Mercedes V-Class. Past that, book a 13-seat HiAce rather than two cars; my maxicab guide covers the companies that run them, and for 20 or more people my bus charter guide does.
The best limousine service in Singapore for you depends on the trip. For an airport run at a price you know before you book, Titanium Limousines is where I'd start. S3 has the deepest review record, K.5 has the newest S-Class for a VIP, MySingaporeDriver covers private jets at Seletar, and Prime Aces and Lux Prime are the ones for a company account or a conference.
Whichever you pick, ask three things before you pay: is the driver licensed, how long is the free waiting time, and what gets added after 11pm. For a wedding car with florals, see my wedding car rental guide, and for self-drive, my car rental guide. Both sit in my Terris Recommends Automotive series.
Need a website for your limousine company? Several of the sites I read for this guide hid their rates behind a booking form. I design websites that show the fleet and the price up front and turn searches into bookings. See my web design services in Singapore or get a quote.
