SAVOIR L'Agence

We designed and built savoirxp.com for SAVOIR L'Agence, an agency in Singapore and Manila that curates business events, incentive trips, luxury travel and international property. The site opens on a 22-second film of snow country, with glass igloos, the northern lights and reindeer, then gives each of the four businesses its own page and its own inbox, so an incentive enquiry and a property enquiry never land in the same place.

The Brief

What the Site Had to Do

SAVOIR runs four businesses under one name: worldwide meetings and events, an AsiaPac MICE gateway, bespoke luxury travel and international real estate. The readers range from HR heads planning an incentive trip to procurement teams comparing event partners and private clients looking at property, and the site had to feel like a well-travelled concierge to every one of them.

Requirement 01

Sell the Feeling Before the Programme

Incentive travel is bought on mood. A company rewarding its top sales team wants the trip to feel extraordinary, so the first screen had to do that before any itinerary appears.

Requirement 02

Four Businesses, One Name

Meetings and events, AsiaPac MICE, luxury travel and property each have a different buyer and a different team behind them. Each needed its own page and its own way in.

Requirement 03

Destinations With an Opinion

Every travel agency has a list of countries. SAVOIR's value is the recommendation, why Ireland for an incentive and why South Africa for a leadership retreat, so the destination content had to read as advice.

Requirement 04

Enquiries That Reach the Right Team

A question about a property should not land in the events inbox. Contact had to be sorted by line of business from the first click.

Our Solution

How We Solved It

We set it up like a travel magazine, with a dark, cinematic opening, cream editorial sections underneath and gold for the moments that matter, on a static Astro build hosted on Vercel.

01 Solution 1 of 4

A Film for a Hero

The homepage opens on a full-bleed 22-second loop: a glass igloo lit from inside, the northern lights, reindeer in the snow, a signpost counting the kilometres to Paris and Amsterdam. The headline sits over it in Playfair Display, "A Tasteful Take on" in gold and "Getaways & Gastronomy Across the Globe" in white, with nothing else on screen competing for attention.

02 Solution 2 of 4

Ten Destinations, Each With a Reason

"Our Featured MICE Destinations" is a card carousel of ten countries, from Ireland and Switzerland to Mexico and Argentina. Every card is a written recommendation in two short paragraphs that starts "We recommend..." and says why that place suits an incentive group, with gold edge bars and dot navigation that keep it easy to browse on a phone.

03 Solution 3 of 4

A Page for Each Line of Business

Worldwide Meetings & Events, AsiaPac MICE Gateway, Bespoke & Luxury and International Real Estate each have their own page. The AsiaPac page covers nine countries, from Singapore and Thailand to Japan and Cambodia, plus multi-destination trips, and ends on two calls to action: "Request for a Proposal" and "Plan Your Multi-Destination Journey".

04 Solution 4 of 4

Enquiries That Arrive Labelled

The contact form asks for name, email, phone and a "Service of Interest" covering the four lines of business plus Other, so every enquiry arrives already labelled. The footer repeats the routing with four separate inboxes, one per business, beside the Singapore and Manila offices.
