Their site today, beside my redesign
Multi's current site runs on WordPress with WooCommerce and Elementor, and it leads with a shop. The concept leads with the equipment and the people who service it, and replaces the cart with an enquiry.
Before After
Before After Left of the handle is multi.com.sg as it stood on 10 October 2026. Right of it is my concept. Drag the handle to compare.
What changed
| Today | In the redesign | |
|---|---|---|
| First screen | A strapline bar, a full-width wordmark, and a photo of spanners with "Your one stop air equipment needs" and a "To Shop" button. | Five units Multi distributes, tagged with model numbers, a headline naming the four product families, and buttons to enquire or call. |
| Finding a product | Products are reached through the menu or the WooCommerce shop. | Six equipment classes on the homepage, each with a model count and a spec line. |
| Services | Seven services listed one after another. | The same seven grouped into Keep it running, Build it and Supply it. |
| Brands | Manufacturer logos under "Our Partner Brands". | All twelve authorised manufacturers, each labelled with what Multi supplies from it. |
| Getting in touch | A Contact Us page, with an account login and a cart in the header. | Phone and email in the top bar, an orange Enquire button, and "Tell us the model, or the problem" closing the page. |
The project at a glance
I redesigned the homepage around the equipment they actually carry, with model numbers on it, six equipment classes with real model counts, and a phone number on the first screen.

What Multi Industrial Supplies needs, and how the design answers it
Today
The current site's first screen points to a shop
Its one button is To Shop, and the shop has no prices. An engineer with a pump down wants to know if Multi carries the model, or wants to ring someone, and the phone number is on the Contact Us page.
What the design does
The design opens on the equipment, with a number to call
Five units Multi distributes stand in a row, each tagged with its model, from MVP36 to MIL'S Air Plant. The headline names vacuum, compressed air, blowers and dust collection, and the buttons are Send an enquiry and Call +65 6747 8353. The phone and email sit in the top bar as well.
Today
On the current site, products are found through the menu or the shop
A maintenance engineer arrives having searched a model or a pump type. The homepage names no models, so finding out whether Multi stocks one means opening a menu and digging.
What the design does
The design sorts the range into six classes, each with a count
Our Range gives every class a card with three photos, a count and a spec line, such as 23 models and 10 to 635 m³/h with ATEX available for vacuum pumps. Side channel blowers show 8 models, dust and fume collection 11 configurations, and air plant is by project.
Today
The current site lists its seven services in one long run
Contract servicing, overhaul, pipework and sales each get an icon and a paragraph, one after another. A buyer who wants to know who'll keep a pump running in year eight has to read the lot.
What the design does
The design groups the services by what the buyer needs
The same seven sit in three cards: Keep it running, Build it and Supply it. A line above them says Multi services what it sells and equipment it didn't, and the servicing card covers pumps, compressors, blowers and dust collectors, whoever supplied them.
Today
The current site shows its brands as a strip of logos
Being the authorised distributor for twelve manufacturers decides who gets factory parts and warranty support. A logo on its own doesn't tell a buyer which brand covers which job.
What the design does
The design says what Multi supplies from each brand
Authorised Distribution gives every manufacturer a tile with its logo and one line, such as MIL'S for rotary vane, claw and air plant, KLEE for side channel blowers and VILLO for dust and fume collection. The line above it explains that the appointment is what decides parts, warranty and factory support.
